If you want the link included(so its like a button):
Step 1: take a long code of a banner, that already has the link to the guild attached, and go to Tiny URL
Step 2: cut out the link to teh guild and put it in tiny, and when it has given you a tiny url, paste it back into teh place in the code where you first found it.....
Step 3: do the same to the banner link... and put it back into the code...
Step 4: put it into your sig and ENJOY! whee
