Age happened to him- I assume after a few millinea his muscles would start to atrophy- so he thought it was just better to cut it all off. He wasn't gonna die anyway- right?
Or maybe some bizarre alien experiment, or a Torchwood explosion.

Yeah, well.. Owen's muscles haven't atrophied (yet).

lol the ep. where lady cassandra is just a piece of skin really does confuse me lol. oh well future tech.. if captain jack can live juts as a head im sure she can live as a piece of skin.
