The theme, as you may guess, is Spring or Autumn. This is the time to write all about the young plants, the falling leaves or even something more Wicca oriented if you feel so inclined. wink You don't even have to keep to your hemisphere's season if you're not finding the inspiration.

Win or not, all participants will get a little something. smile

- Closing date is 12pm GST, Wednesday 26th March. After then, you'll all be free to vote until the end of the month.

Here's my (quite lame) attempt. I've never been great at poetry, but I was inspired by something yesterday and felt a fantastic connection with the Earth and the powers above.

Ostara

Day and Night in perfect balance,
Goddess and God in harmony,
And together they do join
In blessed heirogamy.

Conceiving with the Maiden,
The God is gaining powers,
His strength gives sacred life
To all the plants and flowers.

Gentle breezes and the rain,
The Earth's energy arising,
At Ostara we give thanks for
All the blessings of Spring.
