They should make a Doctor Who game. Not one where you play as the Doctor, because that wouldn't work and be rubbish. Maybe you're a soldier in a Dalek War (not the time war, because details on that haven't been revealed yet). If they made something like that, I would definitely buy it.

Actually, it's already happened. I read that there was a DW game coming out for PC, PS and Xbox (although I might be wrong about the platforms... I just saw it on the front of a games magazine a couple of months ago.)

Maybe a Dalek game based of the Dalek Civil War, where you play as either an Imperial or Rengade Dalek, with different missions for the two factions, but as HappyBanana said "if done PROPERLY".

I would LOVE it if you could play as his companion and visit different worlds to fix things, then battle the Daleks.
But as it was said, only "if done PROPERLY."

Dr. Demented Maybe a Dalek game based of the Dalek Civil War, where you play as either an Imperial or Rengade Dalek, with different missions for the two factions, but as HappyBanana said "if done PROPERLY". That would be quite good, but it's a classic-based storyline, and if a game DID come out -And done properly-, it would be a new who universe. I always preferred classic Dalek stories. The idea of Daleks being a huge threatening empire always seemed better that a couple of Scaro Cultists floating around. Idea! idea You play as a UNIT soldier. That would be good, because you can go around shooting Aliens, and it won't be unlike the doctor! But that's Classic-based again and all the business guys don't like that, because classic fans tend to be older and don't play computer games.

No, forget that, in the latest Torchwood a bunch of UNIT soldiers arrested Tosh, so that wouldn't be Classic Doctor Who! But in the New-Who universe UNIT is a much darker place. A New-Who UNIT game just wouldn't work crying Ceribri: *edits for spoilers; now in white* ...and next time don't forget that the US is at least two episodes behind you all, k? ^^;;

RPG! RPG! ARE PEE GEE!
You create a companion and then pick a Doctor to travel with! There could be TONS of different possible storylines based on your character's personality, skills, and general carryings on with the Doctor.
Why hasn't anyone done something like this yet? I mean, it could appease both old and new fans, right?
Anyone a game developer?
