Sitting at the side of bench, Greed swung her legs. "This is so booring!" she complained out loud as she looked from right to left. Her mom told her, "I will be right back, I am just going to go into this one store!" and left her at the side as her mom went window shopping. Greed's mother had went out to buy Greed a nice dress, but she had to look around first. Greed didn't like this at all, and had jolted her way as soon as her mother left. Now she was left in the middle of downtown...Lost without the help of others. Even worse, someone had plaid a practical joke on her and tied one of her arms onto the bench were she fell asleep on. She had been there since afternoon, and has been complaining it was boring since then.

I hated the downtown area. The buildings were too close together, and the people always squealed about rain puddles. Then there were the women with their perfectly manicured little hands, without a single stain of dirt or grease on them.
Mama had sent me here to buy something or the other, the list was in my back pocket but I didn't have it memorized completely. I rounded the corner, and a few benches lay along the sidewalk.
And then there was a girl tied to the bench. I just stood there and stared at her, an eyebrow arched.

Noticing a stranger she didn't even know, she used her gloved hand to point at her arm. Her mouth was too dry of yelling and no one heeding her words, so she had to reduce herself to hand movements. She sighed next, ever wondering if she would get something to eat. She only had a couple dollars and some pennies on her...And she thought that wouldn't even last her an hour because of how hungry she had become. "Your so stupid Greed! So stupid stupid stupid!" she thought as she realized she had did something stupid indeed.

Lollirot was busilly snapping a flamboyant colored gum in her mouth as she skipped along. Her left arm straight out. The sleeve of her nice shirt pulled back, as she carefully deciphered the letters into words. Since her new 'mommy' (That is what she liked being called) had to get ready for work, she had sent her out to go buy something that was on sale at the grocery store.
She got distracted by a pole, and leaning far out to the side of it, she circled around it. Making a long squealing noise.
This could entertain for hours.

Shawn had been running around downtown for an hour or so. He was about to turn the corner when he noticed a girl tied to the bench. The girl, he recognized, was no other than the infamous Greed. Shawn peaked around the corner, making sure he couldn't be seen. He wanted to surprise her. But then he also noticed a tall... teenager staring at Greed like he was going to maul her. "Greed!!" he shouted as he ran around the corner and towards the bench. He pounced onto the bench and hugged her really tightly, nearly suffocating her. "You can't have her!!" he yelled at the boy in disgust.

I nodded and was about to come and help her out of her bindings, when a boy came running up and smothered her in a big hug. "I wanted her...?" I asked him blatantly. "I was gonna help her out of the ropes..." I pointed to her arm with a dirty finger.

Wriggling under the new felt arms of Shawn, she had no idea what in the world was going on. As she got a better look at the taller man, she blushed. He was gorgeous! Her voice stammered, but she said, "Um..Uh...Shawn...P-please let go...I-I wouldn't mind having him untie me." She turned her head as she hear the squealing of another, and stared at the girl. "What is she doing?" she asked, watching her go around, and around, and around the pole in a continuous motion.

Lollirot heard a commotion up the street ahead. They all seemed so different, but the person in the chair looked awfully familiar. And familiarity was a more than welcome sensation right now. Much like hair-pullies.
She listened in on them in a silent inspection, and in her cycle, she'd catch an eyeful.

Shawn let go of Greed and backed away a bit. He looked at Greed, then looked at the man, and back at Greed. He began to feel a burning sensation. What? Does she LIKE him? "S-sorry," Shawn said half-truthfully, sounding as if he wanted to crawl in a hole. He didn't even notice the strange girl by the pole.

I nodded at the kid, as he removed himself from the girl. Then I walked over, and eyed the knots that the ropist had tied. "Man, these are purdy strong ropes..." I muttered underneath my breath, as I removed my pocket knife from my front pocket of my ragged jeans.
Opening it with a flicking motion, the blade shone in the glint of the feeble rays of sun. I began sawing away at the rope, real careful not to accidentally nick the girl with my sharp blade. She was cute for a little girl, she had weird hair like that one girl I saw at my school. Like it wasn't natural colors, but bleached almost white everywhere else. "Hey, how'd you get your hair like that?" I asked her, genuinely curious.

Shawn watched closely as the man knifed the rope, suspiciously observing to make sure he didn't try anything funny.

Loosing her arm from what was already cut, she looked back up at the man not making eye contact. "If I were to tell you, you would think I am crazy." she said, flexing her arm under the rope to have it let go. She looked at Shawn, and smiled her ever famous "There is nothing to worry about!" smile. "It is okay Shawn! We have...What is your name again sir?" she asked as she looked at him, her cheeks a powdery pink and she continued. "Having him let me go! So don't worry, be happy!"

Cautiously she stared at the threesome. Wondering where or how she'd fit into their group. But the one laying on the bench (Looking kind of googly-eyed mind you) was so familiar, if only she could connect the two. The three guys all looked so awkward, she wanted to feel awkward too. She rotated again.

"Yeah, yeah." Shawn said, rolling his eyes at Greed's behavior. The he finally noticed the strange girl with rainbow hair twirling around a pole. He suddenly got an urge to talk to her, mostly so he can better ignore Greed's googly-eye-ness. But he didn't like approaching people he didn't know, so he merely stared at her hoping she would catch on.

I cut away the last of the rope. "Sometimes if you think someone's crazy, it's what makes them completely normal." I grinned, putting my pocket knife back into my jeans. Then I flicked my shaggy hair out of my eyes, and smiled right at the girl. "I'm Sam, and you don't have to call me 'sir'." I turned to face the boy and grasped his shoulder in my hand. "Don't worry, kiddo. I won't kill your friend here!"
