Background:Bo met Kentai in his older years.The bird was the companion of an old friend of his mom and dads.Upon the mans death,he gave the bird specific instructions on who to find.And it was Kentai.Bo can speak to humans,but can not translate or speak to other animals.The bird was a war bird before it came to become Kentai's companion,so it has retained all its strength and skill,along with his weapons from his time of war.
Personality:Bo is annoyed easily.He may look like he does not care,but he just does it because he believes himself to be above most ninja.

Jutsu:

Ninjutsu-
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
Cp cost: 1 per ft
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Dexterity 20+
Training days: 3 days.
Special: When rolling initiation checks or racing, or anything that involves speed, add chk mod to the dice roll.

Fusajin no Jutsu (Dust Wind Technique)
Using a giant fan or a wind producing object, this Jutsu will blow a strong wind current which will cover the surrounding area in dust, which in fact, serves to completely loosen the footing for any nearby opponent.
Cp cost: 10 pts.
Damage: N/A
Requeriments: Wind Affinity. Level 6+.
Training days: 4 days
Special: Opponent loses footing and attack turn. This is an area effect so everybody will have to do a Balance check. The DC is 25.

Futon: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough)
The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area. It is known that a variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.
Cp cost: 25
Damage: 25 - 60
Requeriments: Level 7+, Wind Affinity, must know at least one flame jutsu before learning the flame combination
Training days: 5 days for basic technique / 1 day for flame combination.
Special: If combined with a flame jutsu, add 35 damage to the result.

Kamaitachi no Jutsu (Cutting Whirlwind Technique)
A Jutsu that, using a giant fan or similar, creates huge gusts of wind mixed with chakra capable of cutting the target apart. This whirlwind is powerful enough to repel and destroy multiple types of throwing weapons and can even reflect sound waves right back at their original source.
Cp cost: 35
Damage: 40 - 50 + chakra modifier.
Requirements: Wind Affinity, chakra 20+, Kyodai Sensu
Training days: 8 days

A.) only summons know jutsu
B.) birds are small not large
C.) Animals cant have weapons unless approved by me and that aint going to fly.

So either change it to a summon or change the information on it to fit the NEW pet system.

Carlos will tell you...I am a fighter,but I mean no disrespect rofl

A)I assumed these jutsu were ok,because basically all they are doing is kicking up wind (Refers to pokemon) ^.^
B)What is considered large?Because there are some large birds..And are we sticking to the true laws of nature?Because if so,how can they talk 0.o I think there could be a such thing is really big birds.
C)The butterfly swords are a little far fetched,but a bird with intelligence could easily slip senbon securely under its feathers,then with a violent flap,they could all fly out at high speed.

The only reason I fight ss much is because I REALLY want this pet to be just a pet,not something I have to summon every time >.<
Can summons stay out for long periods of time?

EDIT: Do you think a MEDIUM size bird would be more reasonable?

Firstly, I feel obligated to note that as of the typing of this post, I've no power to operate this approval thread. However, since a week appears unnecessary for a pre-pre-pre-approval, and because there are currently no rules against profile help...

ninjaaa:
Your Taijutsu attack is 1-5 damage, put that in under damage.
Konoha is spelled incorrectly in three instances.
