Well, that made my day go...

My car decided to die on me when I was at the window in the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru, right when I was giving the guy my money (Literally, it was running just fine and then it made a weird rumbling sound and just shut off completely. And then all the emergency lights on the dashboard came on). Three guys had to come out and push my car to a parking space. It really, really sucked. Hopefully I can go pick it up from the shop tomorrow...

I have pretty good karma. I haven't done anything wrong, so I'll have to disagree with you there.

A lot of people had their cars break down yesterday in my area alone. Something just wasn't right with the universe that day and I could feel it...

I definitely do not follow you on that one.

Oh wait, aren't you a vegetarian? It's understandable that you'd say that then. *smacks forehead*

Thanks, it's back home now and driving just fine. It actually didn't cost as much as I thought it would to repair it.

Mm...I can't really remember exactly what was wrong, but it had something to do with some bad parts under the hood. Originally, I thought my battery had just died and it needed a jump start. That wasn't the case though; that part was working fine. I got to keep the old parts though; they're sitting in a plastic bag in the passenger's seat. xd Not really sure what to do with them...

Sell them. xp
I wonder why battery problems are the first reason of a troubled car that drivers think about. neutral

Because that was one of the lights lit up on the dashboard when the problem occurred. My car is weird though; sometimes those lights will light up when there isn't really a problem. We think some of the wires are a bit faulty from age or whatnot. I'm more specifically talking about my "rear lights failing warning" light. It goes away after a while though, so it isn't really a concern. Hopefully it'll decide to come on when my rear lights are actually starting to fail.

All problems aside though, I adore my car. It's my first car, afterall. Not only that, but I bought it myself with money from my savings account.

Congrats. 3nodding Is it relatively new? I doubt that you'd experience many problems if it's only a flashing light.

'94 Toyota Camry, so nope, it's far from being a new car. I've had it since December, so I haven't had it for terribly long.

Heh, my mom just tossed the parts in the garage.
