In yesterday's race at Atlanta, Kyle Bush scored Toyota's first victory in Nascar's Sprint Cup Series. It was the first win since the early 1950s when a guy in New Jersey won a race in a Jaguar. Tony Stewart made it a 1-2 sweep by coming in second.

Oh definitly now Chevy has legitimate competition for the manufacturers title. Chev hasn't won a race in the first four starts and Ford and Toyota are already flexing their horsepower muscles. I've said it once, and I'll say it again, this year, a Roush Fenway car will be on top by the end of the season biggrin

TOYOTA got all the bugs worked out. Also, with Joe Gibbs Racing, they are making more horsepower than any other team. I believe it will be Stewart or Kyle Busch champion in the end

Don't count out Chevy just yet. Hendrick isn't just going to just step aside. By no means am I predicting that they will dominate like last year, but they will be a factor.

Yeah Dodge won the Daytona 500 and totally invaded the top 10, but it doesn't seem like any of their teams are consistant enough to play a big enough role in the championship picture.

Chevy will be fine, Hendrick and Childress is all chevy needs, the problem with ford is that Roush Racing is the only thing feeping ford alive. I don't think one single manufacturer will stand out, It will be more evenly balanced, which isn't a bad thing, last year was a little boring with hendrick dominating.

They will have at an absolute minimum of 10 wins. If Stewart and Hamlin could turn their bad luck around, mostly stewart, I think they could get up to 15 before the year is out.
