To all whom it may concern, we've been having some issues lately, but in an attempt to straighten it up, I'd just like to ask what you think about the guild; how it is and where it is right now. Any changes you want made? Any things that can be perfected? How do you all feel about the guild over all right now? Anything at all would be appreciated.

that left & i think PPS should take a break.
a week or two until things are straighten up
or back to normal.
I feel that the guild is probably in a good condition,
maybe its some or one of the members thats causing the
issues...who knows!? o_O
I think we should have this small activity (could be manditory)
between the members...something. i don't know. =/

I think we're gonna be a little short of members now, or at least it's going to feel like it, so I think what we should try to do is get more members before we start in on activitys and stuff, you know? I could go through the memberlist and comment on member's profiles who have posted before, or used to be active, to like remind them of the guild and whatnot. If you think that's a good idea, that is.

Hmm... well lately I've been finding that we've got A LOT of projects going on that we start and they sound like good ideas, but then they're just dropped. Not to mention people's lives seem to be in a shamble and no one wants to take responsibility for what they have to do. And lately I've been feeling like there has been a power struggle, and some not-so-nice people in the guild. Like some people are seeing the guild as "just pixles" instead of a group of real people. There a lot of people who quit because they were pissed off, but they aren't the only ones...

i had a feeling the first 3 would start off a small chain reaction....this is quite sad
i think now that people seem to have a reason to leave we need to get new members...
but...i also think...we need to have a bit more organisation
which subforums are actually used? which aren't...is that many actually needed?

I think the guild will be in shambles for a bit because we keep on losing members.
Maybe some more dedication and activity on everyone's parts would help keep the guild alive.
I think everyone's added good input so far, so I don't know what else to add.

Spin, that would be fabulous.
Nobody in this guild is just pixels, on the matter, but people get fussy over pixels. IF I said that I didn't mean it in that fashion, but what I meant by it was people get too worked up over stuff online. This is a place for happy thoughts. <3
I think we do need to work on getting more members that will be active.
Okay, about the subforums. They aren't being used. We don't really need them period. But...Gaia wasn't really wise in not thinking to add a delete subforum option. We bought them so until they develop an option to do that, we are stuck with them. The idea arised that maybe this coming weekend we can start making all of these temporary storage places for threads.
So basically, if we work together, we can do this thing!
Spinny, I'll help you with the comments thing.
Just post comments in those user's profiles if you don't see my comment and by doing that, we should cover them rather quickly. I'll let you know which page I stop on member wise tonight. I'll try to send at least 20 comments.

That part I bolded is just as bad as saying that it's all only pixels. You realize that, right? I mean, a lot of us consider this guild to be full of our friends. If something happens, it's not just "stuff online."

But I don't think you should get new members yet. Maybe you should use this time to pay attention to each indivual here, fulfill their needs and such. I prefer smaller guilds, myself, because everyone knows everyone else, but it's your guild, not mine.
