Maiya kept lying there on the cool grass, looking up at the constelations with Vulcan who radiated with a soft heat next to her. The sky was vurtually empty, yet filled by millions and millions of little stars"The stars sure are pretty tonight, aren't they?" She said over to Vulcan.

Vulcan lied next to Maiya, ejoying the feeling of the cool grass against his back. "Indeed they are. It won't be long before some fireflies start coming out." He turned his head in Maiya direction, watching the light of the stars bounce off the white Maiya's fur.

Maiya smiled and looked back at Vulcan. "I can wait for the fireflies to come! They're very pretty as well, almost like stars you can touch!" she happily said.

Vulcan returned Maiya's smile with ont of his own."And ones you can catch if you have a jar unhand."

Maiya looked at her hands with a somewhat sullen mood. "but I don't have a jar..." she murmered to heself before lookng back up at Vulcan. "I'll just have to find some other way to catch it then, now wont I?" She asked before grinning.

"Indeed we shall." He goes quiet as he searches his mind for anything they they could use as containers. "I have a couple small bags here somewhere."

Maiya sat up and looked thoughtfully at Vulcan. "You do? I think we might be able to put them in there..." You said, before she started sniffing around. "I'll help you find them too!"

Vulcan rolled onto his stomache and climbed to his feet, his movements lazy and relaxed as always. "They should be around here somewhere. They will probably be giving off a fruit smell since that is what's in them." He starts searching by the bushes.

Maiya nodded and began sniffing around some more, looking for a fruity scent. Her ears perked up as she got a whiff of that smell and followed it to some bushes. "Hey, I think I found something!" She yelled over as she started pawing at the bush.

Looks up from where he was searching and begins to make his way to Maiya. "Is it the bags?"

Maiya continued to paw at hthe bush, unable to move any of the branches. "I don't know... It's wont move..." she grunted as she continued.

Vulcan went around to the other side of the bush and begin to paw at it from there. A flash of moon light bouncing off something caught his eyes. "They're in here." He began to carefully move some of the branches so that he could pull the bags out without ripping them.

Maiya smiled as she saw the bits of bag within the bush. She began nuzzling into the bushes and grabbed one of the bags. She tried to pull it out carefully, but it snagged on one of the brances and ripped. She looked at Vulcan solemly and murmered, "I ripped it...sorry..."

Vulcan offered her a smile and freed the second bag from the bush, a couple plums in it. "That just means that we will have to share." Watches as fireflies slowly start to come out into the open and fly around.

Maiya looked around and began to smile as she saw the fireflies begain to come around her. She looked around in awe as they flew, like lots of little stars. She giggled as one flew over and landed on Vulcan's head, and said "You have a firey head!" before laughing.
