Renault & Sakura - We met in a Tea shop. Renault seems to know a lot about the 'Ofuda and Karii'. Since Baku is one of these, I'd like to learn more from them. Sakura seems very nice.. and pink.
Baku // 'Pink.' domokun
Neutral Shirame - We met very briefly at the Tea shop. She's new to town. Maybe I'll see her again?

shirame entered into the quaint tea house she haf found on one of her many walks throught the vllage of Elsas. The shop seemed small and decorated in the usual ancient china way.The air seemed thick with the smell of incense mingled in with scents of many diffrent tea's boiling to perfection. A waitress waited for Shirame to take a step then ushered her to an elegent oak table for two. The waitess bowed and took out a small notepad from her apron as Shirame sat down gently aqwardly. Having never been to a teahouse before she found the scents making her overstimulated and dizzy.
"what would you like?" The waitress asked in the usual friendly manner, straightening some non-existant wrinkles out of the snowy-white apron. Shirame glanced at the menu, hoping to see something she liked quickly. The waitress waited patiently and smiled whenever shirame looked her way. Feeling slightly odd Shirame ordered her usual earl grey tea. the waitress, writing it down, hurried behind a set of curtains which were labeled kitchen, leaving Shirame alone to wallow in her thoughts.
The tea shop was top of Masato's list for errands today. He'd run out of some of his best 'dream' teas last night and this morning he'd had no lemon tea to wake himself up. It felt like he'd been behind all day because of it. Frowning softly, he made his way across the village to the shop.
Stepping out of his sandles, since it was damp outside from morning rain, he padded softly across the front room to meet the hostess seating people.
"I'd like to get some tea, and order some for home." Masato offered her a small list, then followed her back into the table area. Most of the tables were already full, so as she passed Shirame's table he paused. "Excuse me, may I sit here?"
Startled at the sudden noise she jerked her head in the direction of the voice. It took her a while for her brain to recollect the sentence said previouslt however when it did 'click' she smiled. "of course you can,I'm not waiting for anyone" She stared at the man for a while, wondering if he expected her to say something, anything.
"I'm Shirame" she decided he seemed like a nice enough person and extended her hand over the table in greeting, her other hand brushing a stay silvery hair starnd away from her face. "I just moved here." She continued withought pausing, although she had barely been in the village a week, she figured it may be nice to have someone to talk to,or at least hep her in case she was ever lost.
When Renault woke up, he started into the tea shop near his house with Sakura by his side. Obviously people were staring at him because of Sakura.
He went up to the counter and said, "Can I get a cup of Green Tea please?"
As he waited for his drink, he saw two peculiar people sitting at a small vintage table, chatting. They seemed very into their conversation. His eyes perked as he saw a shadowy looking ofuda by this man. It had the strangest design on it. Of course, he was very interested in it. He went up to him, with the tea in his hands and said, "Excuse me...does that happen to be a ofuda?" Sakura's eyes also couldn't wander from that ofuda.
Masato left an order with the waitress and sat, lifting his gaze to the woman across from him. He was about to speak, but she was faster than him and spoke up first. He grinned a little, taking her hand. "Shirame, hmm? My name is Masato. Welcome to Elsas." He released her hand, placing it onto the table and giving the room a quick scan. "How long have you been here.. in the village I mean?"
Another voice caught Masato's attention and he turned to meet it. "Oh, yes. It is... " He smiled. "You can see him?"
"not even a week actually" She laughed drawing back her hand. Shirame glanced at her watch as she waited for his reply.she shook her head in disbelief.the time she had been walking hado only seemed like mere minutes. However reality had planned otherwise and it was just turning 9am.She tapped the smooth glass surface, hoping it was broken, although she had had it checked only last weeek. "I'm really sorrry,it was nice metting you Masto, perhaps we can meet again?." She said apoligeticly, starting to get up. The waitress that she had ordered from came over carrying a cup of earl grey tea, steaming and leaving a trail of smoke whever it went.Shirame took it off the hands of the now shocked waitress and took a sip. "a little too sweet fro my liking" Shirame said smiling hurridely, then passing an exchange of currency. She took note of the adress then hurried off on an errend she had mennt to do an hour ago.
"Hello. What do you mean? Of course I see him..." said Renault as he tilted his head in confusion. "Am I not supposed to?"
Masato blinked, seeing the woman hurry off just as suddenly as he had arrived. "... uh, it was nice meeting you." Shaking his head, he glanced back towards Renault. "No, not that. I haven't heard of many seeing him before." He nodded towards the seat across from him. "Have a seat?"
"Really?" said Renault as he sat in the rustic chair. "I guess I have some sort of "spiritual" power. Not sure though." He gave a wry smile. "Well, I am Renault, a Historian around these parts. I study about these ofudas' and Kariis'. This here is Sakura."
Sakura gave a warm smile and floated around.
Masato nodded. "Yes. You must have." He sat back as the waitress returned with his warm drink, setting the steaming cup infront of him. He thanked her, then glanced towards Sakura as Renault introduced her. "Nice to meet you Renault, and Sakura." He nodded to her, then returned his attention to Renu. "My name is Masato, I'm a Dream Interpreter and Warder- Ofuda and Karii? Is that what he is? And.. Sakura?" He gestured to her.
"It's a pleasure to meet you." he chuckled. "Yeah this is Sakura. They are called ofuda and Kariis', yes. You must be fairly new to this?"
Sakura greeted the man with a simple "Hello."
"I suppose," Masato laughed a little, glancing towards the shadow-shape of Baku who flickered in and out of presance around him. "Baku has been with me since I found him during a Dream exercise. There was someone in the village suffering from horrible nightmares, I spent a week with them and when I left.. they were cured- but I had this strange presance around me. I didn't know what it was. How is it you know about them? Does your Historian profession specialize in... oh what was it," Masato took a sip of his tea, remembering. "Oh, Ofuda and Karii?"
"Yup, that's what I do. I like to research these things. All I know so far is that they start to glow after a couple of days...but some may be quicker than others." he nodded a bit.
Masato blinked, curious. "Glow? Do you know why they glow?" He glanced at Sakura, to see if she was glowing. o_O

"I''m still researching on these things." said Renault "Sakura isn''t glowing because she is already an adult Karii. She was in her ofuda state for a mere second."
"A mere.. second?!" Masato placed his tea cup down carefully, shocked. "You must have a lot of spiritual power... ?" That seemed pretty fast, well.. since he and Baku had been together for a litte longer.
"Yeah...here is my journal log on that day. Ren read:
"Sigh..." exclaimed Renault as he leaned back in his chair. Ren lived in the village of Elsas, he had a small home since he was the only one living there. There were books scattered everywhere. You couldn''t even see the floor! He looked towards the ceiling as a book was tucked in between his thumbs to keep his page marked. It was pressed lightly towards his chest. "I wish my life was like a manga..." Ren picked up his book and started to read a panel of Tsubasa RESERVOiR CHRoNiCLE. Ren also said to himself, "I think I should be studying more about the Karii''s instead of reading manga anyways...oh well!"
When Ren was near the end of the manga a corner of a page was folded. Ren though, "How could that be? I just bought the book today...did I place it in my bag incorrectly?" When he turned to that page, being gentle as possible to the pages, he folded the corner to its normal straight edge and creased it so the mark wasn''t noticeable. When he finished, the black outline of Sakura''s feather began to glow! "What''s happening?!" shrieked Renault as he tried to hold the manga and cover his eyes. When the magical wind dissapeared Sakura''s feather was out of the manga and it started to glow! The feather emmited a pinkish glow as it danced around the room. The bright red, heart shaped marking on it looked simply amazing in the lights.
Ren was amazed to see this! he didn''t know what it was! It seemed to be a ofuda...but it didn''t have a scroll behind it..."Is this one special?" he thought. Immediately after, the feather began to dissapear! Ren tried to grab it with his hands. No use, it just went through his palms. Again he thought this was no normal ofuda! Now, the manga began to glow! Seconds later, a pink head started to come out of the book, which shocked Ren as his eyes could not take his eyes off of this amazing sight. Ren blinked and when he opened his eyes again, out was a adult Karii. She had light pink hair, curled up on her cheeks, red clothing with knee-high boots, and small butterfly wings with a red design on them..."Hiya!" she said in her quite high voice... "
Masato nodded, hands wrapping around his tea cup. "I see. That was quite fast. Are you keeping a journal on all your findings for these?"
"I would like to...but I never seem to have the time. But if I find out something remarkable, it would hopefully be marked somewhere in these filled pages." he pointed to the book with all these papers sticking out of it every which way.
"Where do you live? I would like to check in with you sometimes to see if you''ve learned anything new." Masato sat back as the waitress took his empty cup. "I mean.. if it''s alright with you?"
"Oh! Sure! But please check if I am home first." he nodded as he reached into his pocket to take out a folded map. He neatly unfolded it and showed Masa the path.
"Okay." Masato smiled, and glanced towards the counter. "Were you here to pick up tea? Or just to have a cup?" He glanced at the bags waiting to be picked up, wondering if his order was among them.
"Oh, I was just here to get some tea, but my, it''s a little cold now!" he chuckled. "I stopped because you seemed that you had a ofuda, so I thought it would be okay to stick around for a while."
"Oh, sorry!" Masato frowned a little. "I''m sure they can warm it up.. or make you some more. Are there many people with Ofuda''s here?" Masa tilted his head, curious. "Do you keep a record of people you meet with them? Or ones you''ve seen?"
"I haven''t seen any ofuda''s other than yours. I hope to see more soon though!" he muttered. "Oh! That would be so great!"
"Just mine...? Wow. I''ll have to keep an eye out for them. I''ll be sure to write anything I can find out and give it to you for your book." Masa waved down a waitress, gesturing towards Renu''s tea. "We need more tea." XD;;
The waitress took the cups and nodded, shuffling off to refill them with hot tea.
"How long have you been in this village?"
"Oh! That would be great! I would love if you did! I know there are many ofuda''s out there though, Haneru, the Druid, told me about some. Also Jelobee has also told me about new ofuda''s appearing." he had a grin on his face.
"Oh, thanks again!" he waited for his tea to get warmed up.
"Hmm...I have been here for a couple of years now....Maybe around 6?"
Masato listened to the names, not recognizing any he knew. "Oh, the Druid knows more about the Ofuda?"
The waitress reappeared with thier tea, placing the steaming cups down. Masa wrapped his hands back around the cup, enjoying it''s warmth.
"Six years?! ...Hmm, you''d think you would have seen more by now?"

oo1 Masato ::
Today I began work at the tea shop. I rebuilt a few things around the place that were falling apart- mostly the back storage counter. It was easy enough, it just took quite a few hours to get things together then rebuild it. Afterwards, it felt nice to have been able to assist the village and the tea house.
My mysterious friend continued to haunt me. He doesn't speak much, if he can, but follows me around like a shadow... or a little grey cloud. I still haven't been able to dream at all.
I wonder if I'm losing my powers as a dream interpretor.
