"...soft! No light from yonder window breaks, yet I am awake. Stupid school." Greetings everyone, how are the school situations? Who has started? What grade/level is everyone going to enter? Any interesting classes?

Ooh, school! I don't know whether I should take that as a good or bad thing.
I am going to be a junior in John Marshall High School. I will be taking five AP courses: English Language, Calculus BC, Biology, US History, and Spanish Literature. I have no idea about my sixth course, but it'll be an easy class, like Drama or something.
However, I will be playing on the tennis team on my second semester. That should be good for a change, in comparison to the loads of work I will be receiving from my classes.

I've started my senior year in highschool already. It's been two weeks. I'm already looking forward to Winter Break. The classes are laid back and such, I'm just so tired of...stuff. It was better when all of my academic classes were later in the day. The only classes in which I have possible homework are my first two periods. I was so much in the habit of doing my homework during lunch. neutral

I started my second year of college last week. I'm taking sociology this semester. I'm thinking of taking a class on sexuality next semester. I want to see if they talk about asexuality.

I don't think so. Not enough scientific knowledge about it to put into the educational system. However, there might be due to the curiousity many sexuality students develop for Asexuality when they hear about it. Fill them in!

I started on August 8th, I believe. It was one of the first weeks in August, on a wednesday. I've got minimum morning (no first period), Writer's Workshop, Health/Gym(it's bundled), and law enforcement.
Yes, senior year of highschool and I graduate early, so all slack classes for me! whee

We go like this
6-year-olds-school Lgstadiet 1-3 Mellanstadiet 4-6 Hgstadiet 7-9 Gymnasium 1-3 and then comes hgskola or univeristet, or nothing... it all depends. And we call each year in gymnasium "ring" (I don't know why).
I'm learning Japanese biggrin

Actually, last week we covered a section of the sociology text book about sexuality, and it did mention asexuality briefly.

Has asexuality been mentioned in textbooks before, or is this something new?
