It's my cousin Dillon's birthday. :3 He's 16 now.
And Dilly really likes Dawn from Pokemon, so I drew a picture of her for him.

Thing is, I can't color on the computer. XD Sooo, would one of you girls be cool enough to color it for me? <3

There's a spot near the foot and another near the head, and neither of them should be there. ._.; I guess the scanner had dust on it or something...
