I was wandering south of the IC one day, when I came across Harcane Grove. There we're 3 Minotaurs here, called "Minotaur of the Grove". So I kill them and keep walking, and lo and behold, in the middle of the grove, there's a unicorn. The game even lets you ride it!
Unfortunately, it must be a glitch or something, because I dismounted it to fight a Spriggin, and I guess the Spriggin hit it, because after it was dead, my unicorn (who I decided to call Pointyhead) decided to try to trample me to death because it was attacked. Even the battle music kicked on because it was attacking me. I had no choice put to kill it.
R.I.P., Pointyhead. ;-;
Oh, well. I least I got my 2 other horses, Moo and Oinky.

But there's the world's most hilarious Oblivion fanfiction on FF.net.
Called Meh Aylesomethingorother (You'll know it when you seel it.)
And the main character loves unicorns.

I saw something and as I got off of my unicorn to go kill it he started trampling me. I ran away and jumped into lake Rumare so he couldn't chase me. I looked at the nearby bridge...and he stood there, STARING at me. Scared the living s**t outta me.

you can use the unicorn as a horse but when you get of it will try to kill you it isn't a horse, it is a creature with scripting of a horse so it is treated like one.
Unlike the other horses who are really NPC's

I got on it in the grove then got off because of the Minotaurs, and it started to hurt me so I used a [ strong potion of invisibility and It attacked the minotaurs. It kicked their asses lol. Then I killed it, got the horn, tried to use it, and it said "You Cannot Eat Quest Items". I'm just like "THAT WOULD HURT!"
