Just tell her what you feel but don't just go there and tell her 'I love you' or something, first try to get closer to her, try to become a good friend of her and then after some while you should ask her and see her reaction, I hope that helps

I say, if you like a person, you ought to tell them and if they laugh at you or mock, then they weren't really right for you in the first place. Oh, and if they do that you can always hit them or somthing
