"Wheeee!"
Shuman rolled around happily in the long, dried up grass, loving the snapping noise that could be heard underneath him. While it didn't last for very long, it was fun, and the feeling of the grass literally breaking underneath him was such an odd one! The cub giggled and rolled over onto his stomach, a wide smile on his face. His green eyes were filled with joy and excitement, his tail lashing behind him.
Suddenly, he pounced up and dashed off, circling around the spot he had just been lying in. After running around three or four times, he leaped right back into the grass, proceeding to roll in it all over again, laughing so heartily that the grass around him could of laughed, had it been able to.

Angavu was getting very good at sneaking away from her protective family, very good. She often used Mnyama as an excuse, saying the hare would be with her (as soon as she found her), used various siblings as excuses, her grandmother or simply promised she would not go far away at all. And that was only if she got caught! Feeling quite proud of her escape today, as she'd actually gotten away unnoticed, Angavu was humming as she skipped along looking for something fun to do.
The sound of someone laughing excitedly, and the the pale green shape running in circles caught the golden cub's attention. She blinked and came to a stop, wondering what was going on.

The pastel green cubbin didn't notice another presence in the area. He simply continued to cackle and roll around in the crunchy grass, his green coat standing out rather well against it's yellow, almost golden-like color. His tail lashed playfully, cutting the grass simply in half. It was no match for the mighty Shuman! At least not in his current state of mind anyhow.
"Mwahaha! You shall all pay for the pain you have caused!!" He sprung up again and began to stomp down on the long blades, crushing them inch by inch. He giggled to himself again, making cute little rawring noises, almost as if he was a big, bad lion destroying everything in his path. "Rawr, rawr, rawr! Haha!"

Angavu caught sight of the pastel cub rolling around and immediately her eyes brightened up. Whoever it was, they looked like they were having fun- therefore they looked like they themselves were fun, especially if they were so happy playing by themselves. She watched him roll around for a moment, and then crouched down to join in the battle- but she would fight on the side of the grass. He seemed to making a game out of stomping down what grass he could, and Anga knew it matched her fur well enough that she could do it. Besides, it'd be more fun!
"Raa!" Anga pounced into the midst of Shuman's game, aiming for whatever she could, "And the grass fights back! Eee~!"

"AHHH!! IT LIVES!!!" Shuman proceeded to flip out, bounding backwards and tripping over his paws, stumbling and falling onto the ground, rolling around like a ball for a short bit. His green eyes stared at the grass as it started to shake and move, like it was getting revenge for him crushing it!
"BACK! BACK YOU SAVAGE GRASS!!" Being brave, the pastel green cub rawred a bit more and tried to paw at the moving grass, his little claws catching a blade or two. "HAHA! TAKE THAT FOUL BEAST!!"

The golden cub could hardly contain her excitement as she battled with Shuman, stifling many giggles as she jumped around trying to avoid his paws- not that she needed to move a great deal, she was simply having her fun. It was even funnier when she realized he was still swatting at the grass and declaring victory, and with a laugh she poorly aimed another pounce for the pastel cub.
"Can't get me that eeeasy~!"

"OH YEA! TRY THIS ON FOR SIZE!!" Shuman rawred a little bit more, continuing to swat at the grass. Then, rather quickly, he jumped up and whipped his tail around him, slicing the tops of the golden grass off, as clean as he possibly could. "OH!! WHAT THEN, EVIL GRASS OF DOOM! WHAT THEN?!"
Shuman smiled to himself and instantly started to swat at the grass again, just in case it wasn't done fighting back. Silly grass. Like it could win against the great Shuman! Haha!

Angavu just missed landing on Shuman and hit the ground behind him. Rolling onto her side, she ducked and watched as he continued attacking the grass- then she finally gave in to the fit she'd been holding in and burst into giggles. She couldn't get out anymore words, just laughter.

"WOAHWHA?!" Shuman completely flipped his lid once more, ducking for cover and rolling towards the evil grass instead of away from it, his green eyes wide. "Who goes there? I DEMAND to know!" His green eyes scanned the grass that had been behind, but he didn't seen anything. Was his brain tricking him now because the other grass had actually fought back? No.. No, no. It couldn't of been.... Could it of?

Her laughter intensified at the delightfully confused look on Shuman's face, and once she calmed down, Angavu hopped up to her feet to make sure she was spotted this time. She carefully weaved her way around and hopped so she was nose-to-nose with him.
"Hello!"

Blinking slowly, Shuman merely stood there, now face-to-face with a golden cub, the same color as the grass he had been fighting against just a moment ago. He had absolutely no trouble knowing if this was a boy or girl.. Considering it had giggled just a second ago. Plus, she didn't look like a boy. Nah.. She was too pretty for that.
SLAP!
A green eye twitched as the pastel green cub had just slapped himself across the face. How dare he think that a girl was pretty! It was like saying that girls didn't have cooties! Bah to that! Shaking his head some, Shuman regained himself and smiled, but only a little bit. "Hello there, pretty girl."
DOUBLE SLAP!!

Anga was smiling brightly at Shuman as he slowly realized what was going on, and as he suddenly reached up to strike himself she just barely hopped back in time. She raised an eyebrow at him, but never stopped smiling. He was kind of silly, especially when he said hi.
"Why do you keep doing that?" she asked with another short laugh.

"Huh? Oh. Wait.. This?" He decided to slap himself again, really hoping to get these delusions out of his head. They were not funny in the slightest way, and Shuman didn't want to think a girl... Any girl... Could be pretty to him. With his eyes slightly crossed, he shook his head some, smiling again afterwards like he had been before the grass started to attack him.
"No reason. Just.. Reminding myself of something." He looked around for a second, feeling slightly... Insecure. He wasn't used to a girl just... Just.. Staring at him. It was kind of creepy, he had to admit.

Still smiling, Anga took a seat and shook her head at the silly way of reminding himself of something. Slapping was a pretty violent way, but then it was probably something really important if you did that! This green cub was decidedly silly (and amusing!)
"I'm Angavu," she introduced herself politely, "What's your name?"

"Shuman. It's nice to meet you Angavu." He continued to smile, just being the polite cub he was raised to be. Then, something else slapped him in the mind. Her name... It was familiar. She however, wasn't. Weird... But now it bugged him. Still, he tried to concentrate on the current situation, and just keep quiet about it.
"Umm.. Well... Yea... Sooooo... Angavu.. Where.. Are you from..?" He twitched a little bit, struggling with this stupid name thing. Gah to him and his retarded memory for reminding him of something stupid right now!
