Tidus was signing autographs in the city docks of Zanarkand before the Blitzball game a group of kids walk up to him holding blitzballs "Tidus sign my blizball...no sign mine...mine first...no me" "hold on..hold on, I will give you all an autograph" he tells them as he signs all of their blitzballs "wow thanks...so cool...he signed mine first" three girls walk up to him "Tidus, we love you" "hello ladies" he sais taking out his pen "let me sign those for you" he tells them signing their blitzballs "oh Tidus" "well, I have to go now" Tidus tells his fans as he runs off to the blitzball arena

Yuna walked around her island playing with some of the kids as they walked by. "Good luck Lady Yuna." They said to her knowing she was going to be a summoner. "Thank you all of you." She would reply.

Tidus runs through the Blitzball arena entrance "yeah..Tidus, hey man...dude, good luck today" "thanks guys" Tidus sais and runs into the arena and waits in the bench area, the roof opens as a large hollow sphere is generated and fills with water as the crowd goes wild. A voice anounces the teams, in tonights blitzball game its the Zanarkand Abes vs. the Kilika Beasts...and now your star player Tiiiidus" the crowd screams louder as Tidus dives into the blitzball sphere

Vincent stood on the top row totally covered in shadows looking down along the field,The crowd seem to like this Tidus person...Wonder who he is He thought to himself still staring down onto the pitch.

Auron was standing on a roof top as he notices a large tidal wave coming at the city of Zanarkand, he turns on his heal and hops off the roof top and walks down the city streets as the wave tares through desintigrating all the buildings in its path.
The blitzball game rages on as Tidus scores goals flawlesly, not missing a single shot, the ball is passed to Tidus, he swims up and jumps out of the water throwing the ball into the air as he does a backflip with his arms spread as the ball comes down he notices the massive wave coming as the crowd screams out in terror and scrambles to the exit, Tidus falls out of the air grabbing onto the top row of bleachers and pulls himself up, then runs to the exit.

Vincent looked at the wave and turned into his Cloak form flying down picking up Tidus and three other people who weren't in a safe place,he flew back round onto a tall building that was out of the waves path and changed back letting the four out."Your safe now"He said and looked around at the wave smashing the stadium to pieces.

Yuna walked back into the village walking into the temple to she could become a summoner. "I will try my best. For the village." She said walking in.

Tidus looks at Vincent and Auron "whats going on here...why is the city being destroyed?" he asks impatiently "and who are you people"
Auron looks down to Tidus "I am Auron...and Sin is destroying this city"
"Sin?....who is Sin?" Tidus asks as a large orb of water forms off in the distance, creatures protected in shells fly into the ground infront of the three of them
"no time to explain at the time being" Auron hands a sword to Tidus "can you use it?"
"I-I think so" he replies nervously
