This is a place that holds many dark memories.
It is where Caesar used to rule, and hatch his plans of conquest and slaughter.
The main focus in their society is battle.
Weither it's watching it for sport, or to wage it with others.
You will have to fight for everything you believe in while traveling through this suppressive place.

Eve entered the collosium. She remembered her fight with her mother, all the people she had killed there, al the people she had brought there just to get killed. She felt disgusted with herself. She didnt how she could be so crul and heartless back then. It was empty and Xena had left her to wander while she went to do some buisness, with some merchant, and found them a place to sleep

Callisto watched Eve from a corner in the collosium, using her new godly powers to be invisible to any mortal eyes. She smiled wickedlyShe has your eyes, Xena... She thought to herself. And my potential for madness. She laughed and disappeared.
Callisto rematerialized behind Eve, the girl turned around in shock. Callisto smiled sweetly "Hello, honey." Eve looked at her bewildered and a little angry. Callisto gasped with mock surprise. "What? Don't tell me you don't recognize your own mother?"

"You arent my mother. My mother is good. is an angel. You cant be her." Eve studied this person who claimed to be her mother. She really wished Xena would come anytime now to get her. She was starting to hate being alone without her mother there. And now this person was trying to claim to be her mother. "okay, so if you are my mother... where was i born?" eve said.

"Why you were born on the Twilight of the Gods!" Callisto raises her hands above her head and laughs. "The same moment that handsome Hercules had to kill his own daddy; its quite ironic really..." Callisto takes a step towards Eve and reaches her hand out but Eve pulls back. Callisto pouts "Unfortunately, I wasn't there to see my little Angel burst from the loins of lovely Xena...No, no, no I was too busy floating around the heavens with a harp and head full of air." She runs her hands through her hair, tilts her head and smiles. "But now, thanks to your old friend the God of War the bad old me is back!" mrgreen "Now, why don't you come with Mommy, hmmm?"
Eve shakes her head and takes a step back; Callisto steps forward. "No? Well, I think you need a time out than." Callisto raises her hand and hits Eve in the temple knocking her out and than she throws her over her shoulder and disappears.

Xena and Gabrielle randomly strolled along, having been not seeing a lot of action lately, they'd decided to go to Rome. Why? One might ask - well, the two wanted to go see their daughter of course. Having not seen her in a while, they both wanted to take a break, relax a bit.
Amazingly, they somehow managed to jump from the Amazon village where they'd been having a party, suddenly all the way to Rome - but we'll leave that for later.
"Where do you think she is?" Xena asked casually to the blond beside her.

Gabrielle put her hands against her forehead to block out the sun and looked around. "I'm not sure." She knew it could be likely Eve had something come up but usually the girl would send some form of notice, knowing how Xena and Gabrielle would worry about their daughter. "Do you think she went on to another place?"

while xena and gabrielle wondered where eve had gone, eve was unconsious on the floor in the halls of war.
"Why would you bring her here. Out of all the places Callissto you had to bring her here!?" eve heard an angry god of war say.
"Oh, come on you know you love it. And as we all know xena will come looking for her." callisto said.
"Yeah im already in some deep water with xena and know you put this on me. Come on calisto shes already going to kill me for bringing you back, and now for the kidnapping of her daughter.Oh by the gods and you knocked her out." Ares said and looked at Eve.
'Um, excuse me thats my daughter too, Ares." Callisto said.
At this Eve started to raise. Ares and Callitso both looked at her.

Xena shrugged at Gabrielle's answer. It seemed quite plausible, and yet something was telling her otherwise. "Call it mother's intuition..." she murmured with a pause, "But I have a feeling that something just isn't right," she thought for a moment, then gave a audible chuckle, "Nah, you're probably right Gabrielle..." she shrugged, "We could as around...someones bound to know where she is," she said casually, having no idea that their daughter was actually somewhere, kidnapped by one of her most hated enemies.

*walks inteh rome from a close valley with meg* ha! rome! that waz a lot shorter walk then i thought ninja *starts walkin around like a tourist an a bunch of big guys are givin' me dirty looks. i point at my sword an give them teh "dont mess" look an they point at ther fists an give me teh "make me" look. i twitch an keep walkin* so meg yuu ever been teh rome befor? mrgreen

*Meg walks around in awe at the great city of Rome. Not at the cities beautiful marvels, but all of the men walking around practically naked.*
Now this is what I call a vacation.
*Drains the last of whatever was in Joxer's wineskin, and starts off into a crowd of soldiers. But before she could get very far, she looked over and took a double take at what she saw.*
Oh yeah. Now that's what I call good lookin'!
*Meg admires at what she thinks is a mirror, but then notices her reflection is decked out in leather. She looks down at herself just to be sure, and then looks up and realizes that it was none other than Xena.*

Xena and Gabrielle were casually looking around, when suddenly Xena saw a much different version of herself. Not hesitating for a moment, for she knew it was Meg, she nudged Gabrielle to get her attention, then the two walked over. "Joxer, Meg," she said with a nod, finding it still quite amusing that the two had a thing together. "What brings you here?" she asked, glancing over at Gabrielle to see if she was thinking the same thing as Xena...something was wrong here, why would Joxer and Meg be in Rome, of all places.

Xena was correct in guessing Gabrielle's thoughts. Why on earth is Joxer and Meg here? HERE? Of all places? Gabrielle could only guess something was up, and it wouldn't be surprising if it turns out not to be pleasent news.
"Meg?" She asked, just to be sure it wasn't the virgin priestess instead. It wouldn't be the first time that happened...
