cool! i havent gotten very far on the series, but im gettin there. i think if it wern't for hakkai, the group would fall apart.....sanzo would have already walked out by now and gojyo would be dead from alcohol posioning. but that's just me. each member has their own role to play and is equally important.......but hakkai is the best!!

Saiyuki Requiem is a movie. It's really great and it's been licensed here (finally). I think there's more info about it in one of the stickies.

I heard about Saiyuki Requime. Apparently, this movie is suppose to be more serious than the series and less funny. Something like that... o.o;;

Something like that... o.o;; There are some funny moments but now that I think of it it does have a bit of a dark theme to it. Not as much as the 45 min special though (the Kibou no zaika OAV)... that was just depressing... *cackles* being the Gojyo freak that I am I swooed over the shower scene... muahaha. domokun EDIT: I added it to the new releases sticky.

The Saiyuki Requiem is a movie. I acually just got it a week ago. I was walking into the gate to my house and slipped and fell on ice, but I had the Saiyuki Requiem movie and Arby's, so all was good. surprised smile

Hm...the movie can't be the last thing though, because the four other guys (Yaonne, Gojyo's bro, the female goku, and the hot demon dude) hadn't caught up with them yet. HAVE FAITH!
