All right, I simply need people to vote on whether or not I should go ahead and wipe the forums clean and let us start over -properly- as was suggested.
And yes, Joe was promoted. The current list of Mods would be:

Here's my thoughts:
We leave the H.E.C. area standing, but rename it to signify that it's the old one, then lock it. It's still there, and there will be no more insubordination of the place. That's the bulk of the important stuff, so just that one thread stays if any. The rest can go ahead and be deleted, and remade as to accomadate the new places mentioned:
FHQ
HEC
Weyard
Beach
Forest
Library
Bar
(some place for OOC crap, I guess)
There. PM me if you still disagree. I'll still require you to follow Kain's orders, and take the poll, until I get the okay on this.

I secnod that opinion micah. but also i came to suggest a "town" area for the guild--like all the apartments and the houses that any of us would be in, like Justyn's house, or watever.

can we bring back some places since theres still thread like the town area? housing area of some sort. maybe let them have their individual homes. i also thought we could have a shop or shopping center.

For now hold off, but a downtown area is eccsary and individual housing will probably need to be discussed more... Cause that could be its own sub forum?

I assume there is seperate housing for people of separate social agendas? Would the separate complexes be in a single forum or each deserve there own?

Ill just create a sub forum called residental district. Everyone who wants a house can aask to have one created and one of the crew will create it. That seems simple. But seeing as i live in a bar ill have no need for this...
