This is somewhat of a fun, little game... but also somewhat of a fiery debate. It's mainly just for fun though, and please do not take any of it personally or seriously.
Basically, this thread is for you to prove that your favorite author or favorite book/book series is the best and most worthy to be the favorite!
(I know, it sounds cheesy, but I think it will be fun.)
Also, feel free to chat with fellow lovers of your favorite book to debate your favorite characters! Or anything else debate-worthy.

Okay, first of all, I like a lot of books... and authors... So I shall let others start the debate first. I cannot decide what to start with. Argh...

Okay, okay...I guess I shall start. xD;; Hm...
Guardians of Ga'hoole is the best book series ever! Has anyone else read this series and agrees? It's written by Kathryn Lasky, the plotline is enormous and riveting, and... all the characters are so complex and just so captivating~! And yes, that includes the villains. wink

Circle Opens Quartet Cicle of Magic Quartet Protector of the Small Quartet The Lioness Quartet The Gideon Trilogy The Alchemist Chrestromanci Quartet The Secrets of Droon [My guilty pleasure: I've been reading it since the fourth grade, there's 30+ books with a semi-complicated plot, but each is about eighty to hundredtwenty-ish pages with big font. [: ] Guardians of Ga'Hoole Tales of the Five-Hundred Kingdoms Artemis Fowl Books of Bayern Twilight & the other two
Anddd, I'm just gonna stop there :]

Nice~ ! You have a lot of favorites! And I think it's "Alchemist," unless the book misspelled the word.
Oh, do you spell it "mispell" or "misspell"
???

I don't have a favorite author but my favorite series of books would have to be The Ghost in the Tokaido Inn by Dorothy and Thomas Hoobler (That's the first book and it is sort of a series not exactly though)

My favorite book would have to be the Ropemaker. With characters you can relate to with powers you only dream of. The plotline of the story is extremely addictive and you can't put it down once you begin reading. Written by the award winning Peter Dickinson!
