InformationHow will my dust grow?
Dusts grow by leveling. Leveling can be achieved in two ways, by RPing or by battling. At earlier stages, RPing is the only option since non-humanoid stages are obviously not fit for battle. However, as soon as the dust reaches child stage, the battle option will be available to them as an alternate way to gain levels and thus grow.
Each dust start at level 1 when owner first receives him/her. Tentative growth requirement is as follows:
Bottle to 'Dust Spin' Stage requirements: - 1 journal entry (Story of finding the bottle and/or interaction) - Level 2
Dust Spin to Child requirements: - Level 5 - Required Growth Quest (see in quest forum)
Child to Teen requirements: - Level 15 - At least 3 quests - Required Growth Quest
Teen to Adult - Level 30 - At least 5 quests - Required Growth Quest
Adult to Exal - Level 80 - At least 5 finished quests - Required Growth Quest
Each stage advance will require the fulfillment of a growth quest.
How to gain levels?
As stated previously, levels are gained by either RPing or Battling. You will need a total of 10 Experience points (EXP) to advance to the next level as a Bottle and Dust Spin but from a child to an Exal, 15 experience points to get to the next level.
RPing:
From quests seen in the quest forum, experience varies. Self-RP's gain you 2-6 exp depending on the length. Completion of the journal page will gain you 2 EXP. For every completed PRP, 5 EXP points are received by all dusts participating in the PRP. For every participated event/metaplot, 8 EXP points are automatically received. This will add on to the battle EXP if there were any battles during the event/metaplot.
Battling:
Winning a training battle (dust vs dust) will gain you 5 exp. Losing a training battle (dust vs dust) will gain you 2 exp. Winning an event battle (dust vs demon) will gain you 8 exp. Losing an event battle (dust vs demon) will gain you 1 exp.

About the Stats Leveling up?
When a dust levels up, he/she will automatically gain 8HP and 3 stat points. Owner can choose to either save the 3 stat points for later, or distribute them onto the 4 statuses right away. If the owner chooses to distrubute them, he/she will make a post in the leveling/growth thread, showing how the 3 stat points are distributed.
Growing up?
When a dust grows to his/her next stage, he/she will automatically gain 10HP, 1SP, and 5 stat points. Owner can choose to either save the 5 stat points for later, or distribute them onto the 4 statuses right away. If the owner chooses to distribute them, he/she will make a post in the leveling/growth thread, showing how the 5 stat points are distributed. Note: growth bonus will only be rewarded after the art is done and the dust is re-certed. The bonus point will be announced to be awarded in the same post that the new cert is posted in the main thread.
Maximum limits
Some statuses have maximum limits to make the battle more fair.
Status
Dusts have 4 statuses that mark his/her overall strength. They are:
HP: Hit points, determines how long you can stand in a battle. If HP falls to 0 in a battle, your dust looses. SP: Skill points, determine how many times you can use skills in a battle. If SP falls to 0 in a battle, you will no longer be able to use any skills. Atk: Attack, determines how strong your attacks are in a battle. Higher atk will mean more damage to your enemy. Spd: Speed, determines how fast you can dodge an enemy's attack. Higher spd will mean lesser chance for you to get hit.
As dusts level/grow, they will gain stat points that can be used to increase any of the 4 statuses above. For each level they gain, 3 stat points are given. Owners are free to use these stat points to increase any of the 4 statuses however they would like. Please note, however, that some statuses have maximum limits. Referr to below for details.
Starting Status:
When a dust is first received by the owner, he/she will have 10HP and 2SP, as well as 5 free stat points at the owner's disposal. (Each dust will also have one innate skill. Referr to the skill section for details.) The owner will be asked to put the 5 stat points into 4 statuses however they want. Your dust cannot grow unless all 5 initial stat points are spent!
