Interesting, I usually use a combination of mirror and candle rituals (not to mention a large amount of meditation).
There are two lives I remember vividly, The first was of a woman living in the dark ages. I'm able to see her face and body clearly, as well as both a small cabin (even for the time) and latter the inside of a cave that she was obviously living in. I also know that she was a murderer who killed travelers who stopped for the night at her home. She seemed to live alone and very close to a pilgrimage trail from which she gathered her prey. Unfortunately that is all I know.
The second life I saw only the death. I was a young girl in a blue Victorian style dress with blond hair and blue eyes. she was young, some where between the ages of 14 and 16, and was walking down the cobble stone streets of a large city. The clouds were beginning to roll in, the city streets became dark in the blink of an eye, and it felt as if a storm were brewing. She picked up her pace, but as she walked past a small alley between two dilapidated buildings a set of hands reached for her from it's shadows. The next thing I knew a cold knife ran across her throat. The stranger ran, but she didn't die right away, it was slow, agonizing, and no one stopped to help. I think that one was all about karma...
The third is far more vauge, and I've only been able to get two visions. The first was of a shed simple and made of course wood. I know that it was raised off the ground though I don't know why. behind the shed was a stump and an ax used for chopping wood, and leaning against the shed was a pile of nude, human bodies, dead and stiff they were piled up as if they were nothing. The bodies were emaciated, obviously starved to death.
The second vision was in what seemed to be an underground bunker. The walls floors and ceilings were made of gray cement. It was a long, thin corridor. My past life (I don't know if I was male or female) was running down the corridor towards a light. when they reached the light there was a body sitting below the light, their head blown away by a large caliber gun. The body wore a tan trench coat and heavy black boots. I think this life may have been in World War II. If anyone else has any other ideas I'd be glad to hear them.
