I remember watching "When plastic surgery goes wrong" awhile back and this guy was talking about how the doctor screwed up big time.
Long story short, the guy had a six pack (if you could call it that) that looked like Vaan's. No man should look like that.

His abs looked as though they are airbrushed on using a stencil that got wet and warped.
