 Another lazy day, she groaned gently to herself. She had her head down rested on her front hooves, her purple kissed silver locks of hair from her mane lazily slunking infront of her eyes. She watched as Dory, on another one of her hyper trips, was chasing.. well nothing, at lightning speed back and forth through the tall bundles of grass.
They were somewhere kind of close to the river, though Squishy wasn't even partially interested in how close. She was so bored she couldn't even get herself to get up and go wander down to the river to cool off, since it was very warm out. She was getting a little tired of being partially ignored, new to the area and has yet to make a friend. Though if she said that outloud, she'd get the nastiest glare from Dory. That brought a kind of smirk to her face, the idea of teasing Dory actually brought a prospect of doing something amusing.
You knew she was hopelessly bored when the fun game of "let's annoy Dory til her face gets bluer" comes up as a good idea. She even pushed aside that idea, not wanting to make them both upset.. she was just bored, Dory was amusing herself with chasing the imaginary.. something. She shrugged, and slowly closed her eyes. Not sleeping, just closing her eyes for lack of anything else to do.

 Adaya was trotting down the meadow, gazing at the gistening river, looking at the beautiful pink fowers, until, " My my, it's a foal? The color of the flowers?" Adaya lifted her head and saw this tny pink horse, with a familiar that's quite the oppisite. "Hmmm... "Adaya decided to hang back till the right moment.

She lets out a soft whine as Dory was starting to draw on her patience. Her eyes still closed, yet her eyebrows furrowed creating a tight narrow path of tense muscle above her eye. Dory, so intense of her chase of what she thinks is a butterfly, but instead its just the high sun playing tricks on her eyes also working in unison with her moving shadow, was trampling over Squishy's front paws and occasionally her face.
Eventually Dory delivered a direct hit to the top of her head. "GRR!" she cried out, then lifted her head, glaring at the dumb canine who knew so much better just liked to pretend to be dumb. "God will you go drown in the river or something.."

Adaya squinted as she saw the miniature pony get mad at her familiar, "My may, the canine didn't do anything to her, and he doesn't have anything she wants..."
Adaya's eye twitched as she got an idea. She slinked into the river and her blue fur blended in with the water, and the dappled parts kjust looked like the reflecting of the sun. Adaya held her breath as her head submerged. The last thing she heard was the young foal commanding the dog to go near the river.

Dory suddenly stopped midtracks and peered curiously over to Squishy. She watched her rub at her face and made the connection that she must of, blind in her puppy-like behavior, stomped her face. Dory stifled a snort, then busted out laughing.
Squishy glared at the troublesome canine and narrowed her eyes. Her face was growing red with anger and blush. Dory was now rolling with laughter on her back in the grass. Squish then got up "BAH!" she cried out, and made a fake dash at Dory, just to scare her. Dory letting out a small "eep!" followed by a giggle then ran toward the general direction of the river blindly. Mostly looking behind her to make sure Squish wasn't going to actually kill her this time.

Adaya managed to find some plants at the bottom of the river, and slowly covered herself in them. The she popped up and gnashed her teeth at Dory, who was bounding toward the river as carefree as a butterfly. After she was nearly sure Dory saw her, she dove back into the water.
Usually, there'd be something that she wanted from another horse. An apple, or some other possesion. But this time, all she wanted was their fear, there looks of disbelief, and the sound of little paws and hoofs, bounding away.

Dory was fit with laughter, not only did she stomp on Squish but forced her to get up and make a fuss. As much as Dory was usually the innocent when compared to Squish, she had her moments. They just loved to bug each other. Hey, at least they weren't bored.
Dory was finally acknowledging the fact she was running down a slope, not even realizing she was running toward a river, was when the hill started to cover the sight of Squish. A perplexed look barely had time to come over her face when she felt something near her feet, and nearly jumped a mile into the air. Yes, avoiding whatever she thought she felt, but when she looked down, all she saw was water, and in she went.
Squish only heard a splash of water, and now was herself rolling with laughter.

Her lungs were hurting enough from holding her breath, but being partially kicked by the dog hurt a bit more. Opening her eyes to face Dory, she could tell that he saw her when she first popped up. The water rushed into her eyes from the current, causing her them to redden a slight bit, until she closed her eyes. "How could they laugh so hard when being bothered by each other?" Adaya asked herself. Her mane still felt sticky with plants, and just then, her hoof seemed to land on something soft and furry... XDD

Dory was flailing in the water, the shock of what she had no idea hit her made her momentarily forget how to swim, and now acting like a fish out of water in the water. (Funny..)
Squish now slowly made way to the edge of the hill bank, laughing so hard she could barely breathe. This was by far a love hate relationship. She leaned a hoof up and wiped at her eye and peered to the water. Suddenly nothing but seriousness was on her face as all she saw was floundering and splashing.
Dory's eyes go wide as she now only saw a hoof coming toward her. She screamed, under water so it was kinda useless, knowing this hoof was not Squishy's, it was much too big. So of course the only explination was... demon horse.
Dory scrambled for the surface, remembering her swimming ability, and doggy paddled to the bank of the river coughing out "DEMON!-- " cough "Ho-horse! GAH!" scrambling out onto the land..

"Shoot," Adaya hissed, diving deeper down into the water, "That wasn't supposed to happen, how could I have been so careless? Stepping onto the furball. But at least it instilled fear into them!" Adaya swam further up the river as she saw the dog stuble to his master. She stiffled a giggle as she rose up to take a breath, with that, she trotted out of the water, shook her self off, looking nearly completely dry, then trotted up to the little horse. "Hello, you look like you just saw a kalona!" Adaya smiled a fake smile.

Dory stumbled all the way to the concerned Squish's feet, til Squish actually heard what she was saying. "Demon.. horse." Squish let out a long and low sigh.. Squish was slightly new to the area so has never seen a demon horse (obviously has never met a kalona) so she then presumed her friend had "slipped off the deep end" of the pool and now is out of her mind.
"Well.. what color was the supposed demon horse?" Squish asked with some sarcasm. "Color? I dont.. know, i saw some big hoof and ran.. i guess.. blue? Maybe.. uhmn.. green?" Squish then sighed out loud. "The river is that color you twit! You just.. forgot to swim and got scared, that's all." Dory now looking offended. "NU UH! I DID N---" now cut off by the big horse coming their way. Dory just sort of staring at the.. well.. dry.. horse.
Squish blinked a few times, shocked to see another horse. "She's just a dumb canine that's all.. almost drowned! ha!"

Adaya smiled, "Well, maybe a dumb canine, but better safe than sorry right?" Adaya couldn't help a crooked smile, "But I've really never seen a demon horse, but I've heard of this big blue horse, with green soggy hair, who blends in with the water, and comes out and eats foals!" Adaya's eyes widened as she said it.
"Just so long as you don't stay in the water for too long, it doesn't really attack people, unless it hears hysterical laughing is all." Adaya shrugged and kept a convincing straight face.

Dory's face was in shock and her jaw was damn near on the ground listening to this strange horse talk. He soaking up every one of her words and kind of swimming and drowning in the fear she was creating.
Squish wasn't as gullible as her little friend. "Blue with green hair, eh? Eats foals? Luckily i'm not a foal, and neither is my dumb doggy friend here." Giving another accomplished smile to the horse. Squish isn't fearless, don't get her wrong. If she might of seen this, or been in Dory's place of events, this conversation might be different. But Dory, if she was in either situation, would be acting the same.. dumb dog.

Adaya whispered slightly, "You're an usdia are you not? You're close enough, and you don't want to take the risk, just don't dip your feet for too long, naive little horse." and with that, Adaya trotted off. When she was sure they couldn't see her anymore, she once again slipped into the water, and covered herself with a bit of mud and river plants, making sure they were on sturdy. Then she slinked through the water, the smile once again creeped onto her face. "Not a foal? well, the "demon" may want to try some pony meat, or at least meet one." Adaya slipped closer and closer... Squishy squish squish!!! XDD

Squish blinked a few times as the large horse whispered those things to her, Dory looking every which way in a frantic fury of desperation trying to see any such demon horse, convinced she was the special on the menu. Squish had her slight moment of doubt and fear just as the larger horse began to trot off, then snorted and shook her head. "Big difference between a foal and me... hm.. ya huh.. " mostly speaking aloud to convince herself.
She looked back to Dory who was hiding her head in her paws on the ground underneath Squish, shivering in fear. Squish just sighing and lightly kicking the stupid pup out. "There is no such thing, she's just trying to scare you! Here, go down to the water and prove her wrong!"
Dory tumbling foward then spinning her head to look at Squish, "ME!!??"
