Bio: Hotaru was one of those girls that was very gifted in the ways of fighting and graduated early at the top of her class. Her life was very rewarding, her test grades were high, she was a very strong girl and when appointed a Sensie she rivaled him well and was always a challenge to teach her something new or even walk away with out a bruise after a fight or training.
Hotaru was sent on a B ranked mission before her time and her team mates came home, reporting news that she could not be found and was lost or possibly killed in an attempt to buy time for the rest of the team to escape, they were obviouly successful in their mission but Hotaru had been lost in the effort.
For 9 months they had heard no sign of her and concluded her a KIA ninja until she was seen walking back into town in a red kimono and black eye patch, she explained to her team mates from long ago that there were 5 ninja, from which village she did not remember, after them and she managed to kill some and make the others retreat but at the cost of her eye, she had suffered some damaged losing half her vision and scars that eventually healed. After the incident she was found by an old couple of old religion belonging to no village and living on the boarder of them, in ways known to only a few people they healed her while in a couple of months of unconsciousness and worked on her eye, experimenting with a jewel technique almost forgotten to all, they fused a Jewel in her wounded eye turning one of her golden eye's crimson red and giving her a power to store chakra and strengthen it, but using this power is costly and takes up most of her physical strength therefore she prefers to use her own.
After hearing her story and giving her 1000 apologies she was invited to be Hokage and she excepted the offer proudly.

Ninja Tools: Herbal/Healing Leaves, Fire illusion jewel, Aura Concealment Beads.

Ninja Weapons: Fire Fans, Phoenix Flute and shurikins.

Shinryu goes to the Hokage's Office but finds no one there. Shinryu then takes a small scroll out of his backpack and writes the following words: "Lady Hotaru, I have arrived from the Village Hidden in the Mist. I have successfully completed my mission there. Please add .1 points to my Vitality and .1 to my Speed. I have also trained can created a new Ninjutsu called Henge no Jutsu(Transformation Jutsu). As a result, I have .2 points available. Please add .1 to my Accuracy and .1 to my Chakra. That is all I request. I am heading off to the YYO main office to do a D rank Mission. I'll talk to you soon. Later. Shinryu PS: One more thing, I have a new sword after the Mist Mission. my blade is called Otokouki(Sound Queen). It seems like it has some mysterious properties to it so i'll train with it later." After Shinryu was done with the letter, he sealed it with the Kanji "Important" and placed it in the space between the door knob and the wall and left.

Hotaru turned to the lad, "Yes Rei Takashi, I was informed you were coming, I'll give you the directions shall I? Well, Walking a while up the road that rims the Hokage building then leads off right, down a straight dusty path rimmed with fresh grass a meadow will appear. Walk through a path with trees aligned at either side of this road on other side of the meadow that meets the forest, you will find My Rose garden at the end of this path, it'll take three post to find+water it all (3 posts all together). Thank you for taking this mission, and if you get lost ask one of the locals, everyone knows where this garden is, I'll see you later then" she smiled and returned back to some work left on the desk

Rei returns back to the Hokage's office unaccompanied. "I have returned ma'am from cleaning you streets."

Shinryu entered the Hokage's office with the two cats Joya and Kinta in the cage still. When he arrived at the door, Shinryu knock on it for a while. Seeing that no one was there at the moment, Shinryu decided to write another letter. He took out a small scroll and a pen from his backpack and began writing:
Lady Hotaru, It's been a while. I'm glad to say that I've successfully completed the D rank mission involving the cats. The mission actually turned out to be a test to see if I could get the job done. An unexpected twist was that in the end, I got to keep both Joya and Kinta(YAY!!!). I might just train them to be ninja cats! Anyway I would like you to please add .1 to all of my stats. I am also considering going over to the Village hidden in the sand to do their D rank mission. First, I'm going to drop these two off at my house, then take a rest. Wish me luck! Shinryu After Shinryu was done with the letter, he placed a special seal on it to make sure the Hokage would know that it came from him, then placed the scroll in the space behind the doorknob and left for home.

"Rei, to complete the Street cleaning mission you must have 5 posts in that topic, you have not complete this mission yet" Hotaru informed Rei.
"Jordan, glad to see your back, how may I help you?" she asked then grabbing and reading Shinryu's Scroll she smiled, glad he was having fun and going on another mission.
