Done on AIM between Laefe and Hime A small cub was currently practicing some standing skills on a dead tree branch near some large tree and bushes. She had no idea how far she had wanderd off since she was to busy with that she was doing at the moment. The little girl looked like a leopard but also like a lion cub so it was kind of hard to tell not many had actually seen hybrid cubs so it was hard to tell what she was.
The little females coat was purple and she had a half moon in her forheard she looked very strange indeed. Theia tried to stand up on her back legs and then she tried walking witch looked even stranger..

Slowy, Chau plodded across the distance, her paws digging into the ground as she did so, watching for purchase. She wasn't a fool, she knew more than anything how it was when she fell. Being unable to hear the sound of things under her paws, Chau had to be careful lest she miss a sound and fall.
Even more was that if something came for her then she was in trouble. If a herd of zebra or some other large mammal came her way she'd be trampled into the ground.
LIfting her head wearily, Chau scanned the savannah before her, watching for something interesting. Mostly for the sand.

Theia fell down on her bottom she wasn't that good yet apparently but she would continue to practice...yeah that was all it took more practice and more time before she could master this fully. The little cub licked her lips and she stood up to give it one more go and this time she could stand...now just to remain the balance. She held out her front paws to remain her balance she didn't even notice someone was comming towards her.
A cub out all alone wasn't very good at all but Theia was still unaware of how far she had wanderd of.

Pale green eyes watched i the distance as suddenly a cub came into view. Fear rippled down her sides for a moment, fear crippling her as she pondered about what it could be. If it were a male... that would be bad. That would frighten her away from it.
But it didn't have the plush fur around it's neck that a male often did. There was no way it was a male.
Striding forward, now worried for the cub that was all alone in the rouge lands without family around it, Chau went to see why it was out there. Reasons were many, but the real one was the hardest thing for her to find. If it was because the cub was abandoned ten she would just take her under her wing. No way was she about to let one so young troddle out in the world alone like this.

Theia stood there balancing and it took a while before she noticed someone else comming in the corner of her eye. Then the little female cub turned around her head...oh it was a female lion she knew her father was a lion so that is how they looked up close. She smiled and continued balancing as the female lioness walked up to her.
Theia wasn't worried she was happy it was so exciting meeting someone she could try her riddles on and so the little cub started to use her entertainment skills.
" Good day my lady! what brings you here? " she said with a sweet tone in her voice and bowed her little head.

Both of Chau's eyes narrowed down on the little female before her. She was speaking, but she hadn't managed to catch the first part of it.
Trotting up to the little cub with a smile on her gentle face, Chau looked at her.
"Hello little one, what're you here in the middle of the savannah for? Aren't your parents around?" Chau asked.
Both of her ears were flicked forward so she could at least give off the apperance of paying attention to her.

Theia blinked oh yes her mom...she looked around and figured out she had wanderd off to long again...shot! that was stupid of her she knew she should be more careful but sometims other things seemed more important to her. Like practicing standing on 2 legs and her riddles..
" Oh well i guess i wanderd of to long again but i will go back soon...as soon as i asked you a riddle~~ "
Yes she had a really good one that she had had in her mind all day and finally she had someone to ask.

Slowly, very slowly, Chau tilted her head to one side. The cub was speaking in riddles already. She'd gone off? Why had she wandered in the first place and yet here she was.
"Well then ask away." the pale female remarked, her eyes crinkled a little bit in amusement, watching silently as the cub seemed to try getting on her back paws to walk.
"Why do you try to walk that way....?"

Theia was a little confused cub maybe it had to do with who she was or what she was she didn't know nd didn't really care she was just happy with being alive. She flicked he head and watched ´the white and pink female with her brown eyes..
" Ah well because it's fun~~ i want to do things that isn't normal heh "
Yes she wanted to entertain others and look funny that was her goal in life
" Well then here i go...What is harder to catch the faster you run? "

Inclining her head, Chau smiled at the little cubs happines. Of course she liked to do different things. They were admittedly more fun than monotonous things that seemed to continously come and go over time. If chau did the same thing over and over she would get very bored as well and she liked the known.
"Oh.... that's the riddle is it?" Chau said simply... her green eyes flashed as she wracked her mind for an answer, finding it lurking right in the shadows. "The faster and harder you run for dinner, the harder it is to catch your breath."
She grinned a toothy grin.

She tought the riddle wasn't to hard but it was a little tricky but this female seemed smart she could probably figure it out soon enough but she wonderd if the female did notice there was something diffrent with her she was a hybrid after all..

Not mentioning that she'd already answered the question, Chau faked like she was thinking hard on an answer for a moment before opening her muzzle once more.
"You're breath." She said slowly and deliberatly. "Your breath is hard to catch when running."
It was something that she would blurt out immediatly of course, anyone would know that. However it amused her that the cub was a riddle maker. It showed that she was very smart.

Theia blinked a little this female was so smart she didn't even noticed she already answerd since it was wrapped up so good in her answer. She scratched her head a little as she tought up a much harder one..
" I have one more for you before i must go home or my mom would probably be mad..."
She took a deep breath..
" Ok what am i? "

This was a much harder one, what was the little female before her? A good question in reality, a REALLY hard one in essence. Especially since Chau had never seen one of her kind before.
Not a lion surely, she was too small to be a lion cub by any means, but far too large to be a cheetah or a leopard. Obviously she was a feline, which meant that she was a breed apart from them all.
Peering down at her coat, Chau realized that it didn't help her to realize at all what was in her. However there were no spots on her body..
"You're a cross breed of a leopard and a lion aren't you? You have no spots but you're not the size of a cheetah, leopard or lioness. Too small for a lion, too large for the others."
That seemed a smart answer.

Theia waited for an answer but when she got it she pouted with her lip a little it was no fun when they gussed everything right she had to come up with harder questions then this one but atleast she could tell the female she was right.." Ah well you are right my lady i guess my questions wasn't very hard for you but it's true i am a hybrid my mother is a leopard and my father a lion "
Maybe other thought it was odd but to her she was perfectly normal. Then she bowed her little head again " Well i guess i should head back home before it gets to dark if i ever meet you again miss i try to come up with harder riddles for ya ok? "
And with that the cub rolled her shoulders and got ready to leave..
