2xCan you give me suggestions for other cards mainly trap and spell?
Also what is a horus lock-down deck?
It needs some work. Lets get started with the monsters.
What I did with the monsters was simple. I cut it down to 40, and suggested monsters that you should use, of course a bit of alterations (like Sangan) are acceptable. Armed Dragon is a extremely simple monster to get from the deck when used properly. However, the main role of this dragon is to destroy a monster with a simple discard, which with your strongest being either your only Horus Lv8 or Red Eyes, it's not cut out for the job here. Instead, focus more on Horus. Immunity to Spell cards is an awesome power, and negating even better.
2x Horus Lv4. Its attack is fairly decent, and with base cards out like Sangan, Pyramid Turtle, and Treeborn Frog, it shouldn't be difficult finding a target for your monster to Level Up. Double up on Lv 6. It's a 1-tribute monster, with a great defense. Its attack is 2300 tho, which is just a tiny bit low for monsters that level. So when Leveling up this one, keep your eye out for lower-level monsters. Horus Lv8 should be kept at 1. Plain and simple. Red-Eyes B. Dragon should be kept at 1. Plain and simple. Same goes for his counterparts. I cut out Decoy Dragon because every high-level monster up there either A) Requires a cost or condition to be special summoned from the grave (Felgrand, Horus Lv8, Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon, Tyrant Dragon), or B) Their attack/defense points aren't enough for a stand-out job (Red-Eyes B. Dragon). Dragon Ice I took out because you must discard for the annoying, nearly useless defense every time. Trust me, I tried him. He is not worth it. Cave Dragon.... is just a no. Blue-Eyes White Dragon should only be run in triples. That already is almost too much of a high-level count to run in an efficient deck. Cave Dragon... is just a no. his summoning and attacking conditions are crap. Destiny Hero. Those 2 words alone do the job for explaining why it shouldn't be in a DRAGON deck. Element Dragon is a no, because its only such a use when both the elements you need are on the field, which will almost never happen. Exploder Dragon is Exiled Force for Dragons. They are excellent, and should be doubled up. Felgrand Dragon is of no use at all unless already destroyed and sent to the grave from the field. Also, attack points don't mean anything anymore. He's out. Herald of Creation is useful with a lot of high-level monsters, not dragons. Hunter Dragon is of no use except for Cyberdarks. Lord of D. is a waste of space and time, and should be cut out for 2x The Dark- Hex Sealed Fusion. That already makes it fairly simpler to get King Dragun. Luster Dragon should be run 2x or 3x. No exceptions. Masked Dragon should be run in 2x or 3x. No exceptions. Mirage Dragon should be run in 2x. 1 is too little and not good enough, whereas 3x leaves your deck with three 1600 attack monsters, who won't stand a chance in battle against a Card Trooper or anything of the sort. Morphing Jar will allow you to draw at the cost of your hand. Not a good idea unless you plan on using the Graveyard all the time, which you clearly don't. Spirit Ryu is a pitiful dragon. Do not use him. Snipe Hunter is too costly, and does not blend well with this deck. Focus more on getting your good monsters out through your weaker ones, instead of just using what is cheap. Spell Striker is a warrior. Enough said. The Dragon Dwelling in the Grave has 2000 defense, but that does nothing for anyone anymore. Twin-Headed Behemoth only works once. Side him. Tyrant Dragon is good, but too costly to normal or special summon. Side him. That up there leaves you with 20 monsters
Your spells needed a lot of work. All that I have crossed out are not worth it, and if you played this deck in a tournament, or against the usual Zombie/Cyber Dragon/Monarch decks, you would know why. Most of them are insufficient. Spell cards you should get are Mystical Space Typhoon, Future Fusion, Dragon's Mirror, Pot of Avarice, and Swords of Revealing Light. 10 spells.
Your traps were.... here and there. Blast Held is a good substitute for Mirror Force, I agree with that. Burst Breath is a good substitute for Torrential Tribute, so I agree with that. Same with the spells, I only found 5 worth having. Get 2 more Sakuretsu, Seven Tools of the Bandit instead of Trap Jammer (at the cost of 1000, you'll find that its better reliability will be more than worth it), Waboku (surprisingly a misunderstood card), and Forced Back (or Divine Wrath, or Pulling the Rug).
Good Luck.
