Go to the Downloads Section and pick the download that you want.
Also, if you wanna make it easy, just download Bittorrent and get the Bittorent Mirror for Avatar Creator, it is, by far, the easiest way to get the Avatar Creator.
After eating, I'll post my dream avatar, my green avatar, my purple, my blue and some other stuffs. o_O;

There was a guy in the Fire Emblem thread that made really cool FE character edits (MS paint, but still pretty cool.). Hmm...I beleive Yoshi King or Lyndis knows his name. You should ask him to show them off, or let you post them here.
