Good movies move you. Good movies also have good music (most of the movies with good music were made in the 70's + 80's though.) Good movies make you think. Good movies make you cry.
What good movies have you seen?
The 3 movies that made me cry were Silent Running, All Quiet on the Western Front and End of the Spear.

I've cried at so many movies, I've lost track of which ones.
I remember crying in Bridge to Terribithia [sp? Yeah, I think so] when the one chick died.
But that for sure, was not the last movie that I cried at.
Oh!
I think the last one was Across the Universe.
Well, I didn't cry, but I was about to cry at a lot of the parts.

The part in Click when the Dad is about to die made me cry.
And yeah, the part in Bridge to Terabithia, I cried when the girl died.
Although I can't say good movies make me cry. A good movie to me is a funny one. Something that made me think a lot.
A good movie for me is like... Heathers or something.
Ha, it's lame, but it's fun.

A movie hasn't made me cry in a VERY long time. But that's probably because I'm a b*****d... The last one that got me really close was when the dog died in I Am Legend. It got me about as close to crying as I've been in a long time...

For some reason, the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants made me almost start crying.
The part where Carmen calls her dad and tells him how she feels. It's probably because she was crying too.

Charlotte's Web the book made me cry, but not the movie for some reason.
I did cry at Bambi when I was younger, though. x3
What's that one where Bruce Willis flies to an asteroid to blow it up?
I think it's Armageddon or something.
That one made me cry as well.

I agree with your idea about good movies (GO LORD OF THE RINGS!!! EVEN THOUGH IT DIDN'T MAKE ME CRY!!! ^^) But I cry at stupid movies too... and a bunch of cartoons when I was younger. I went to sweeney todd with my friends and such, and I burst into tears at the end. SO EMBARASSING. eek I had to hide behind my jacket while I made piggy snorting sounds and people were telling me to shut up. -_-;
Anyway, I cried at the end of ET... twice... and charlotte's web too... wilbur was so pitiful. I also cried at the end of children of men (that one was okay... not amazing, though). It's also pathetic because I cry when I read manga... thank god I stopped reading it at school. I was reading tsubasa and about kurogane's past... that made me cry.
Ooops... got off topic there. sweatdrop

i think parts in a walk to remember makes me cry smile especially when he finds out about her conditon so then he starts doing everything on her list including marring her before she dies heart

Oh my Lord. Yes. I cried like fifteen times.
The new Pixar movie Up made me cry. Twice. But it was the best movie I've seen all year.
The Notebook makes me cry. The Soloist made me cry. It doesn't take too much.
