Hey. My school had a GSA last year, but the teachers that ran it left and now im afraid that there won't be a GSA this year. I was curious how i could get it going again. I've never done this before, so im not sure. I want to get it going and then keep it alive, but i need help with that. Help?

eh, please explain what "GSA" means that would be uber-helpful in helping you, since I at least have no idea what that is. sweatdrop

It's kinda of a process really, but its doable. You have to up to different teachers and ask them if they wouldn't mind being in charge of it, they don't even have to do much of anything: just be in the room as a kinda of superviser. We run ours bassiclly by ourself's...with a little help from one of the coolest teachers in school mrgreen If you do find a teacher then you go to the princeable to ask if it would be alright if this teacher did it instead, and give him reasons as to why you still why a GSA in your school. And if all goes right, you should still have your GSA but just a different teacher. ^^

If I'm not mistaken it is originally STTOP Student teaching tolerance openess and pride. But is know as the gay straight alliance. GSA. My school has had one for the past 4 years. I am part of it. This will be my second year going and i can't wait for the true colors festival

And also if there's no more GSA in your school and if you want to start one you can ask a teacher to accomodate you to build it back up..but I think you need to have a minimum of 5 people who will already be ready to sign up once it starts. That's how it is at the schools I know.
