My right and left triggers are always squeaky everytime I press them. I'm not sure if it's because I play too hardcore and hit it really hard but still, I don't really know the true reason. Can anyone tell me how to fix it without having to send it or crap to get it fixed? Please and thank you.

I'd rather have a squeaky trigger than a broken bumper button. And it's on the Halo 3 controller too.

Well the only way you can make it less annoying would be to open up the controller and see what's causing it. It's most likely a spring. Adjusting it should do the trick.
But that would require buying some kind of Uncommon Torx Screwdriver. The screw is the shape of a star with a bump in the middle. I've wanted to open up one of my controllers because the X button sticks...
I don't know, if it's that annoying, you can try that option above.

At least yours doesn't make up you look up like Muff's Wireless Controller.. It's a b***h when aiming with a sniper when you have the games physics and the right button against you.

DragonriderF My right and left triggers are always squeaky everytime I press them. I'm not sure if it's because I play too hardcore and hit it really hard but still, I don't really know the true reason. Can anyone tell me how to fix it without having to send it or crap to get it fixed? Please and thank you. you could open it up and probably stick some sort of greasy in the trigger area, but for just a light squeak I suggest just dealing with it smile
