So, I came home at about 9:30 last night (well, a few hours ago) and I see ambulances and firetrucks driving off from my property >.<;
Turns out my dad had to go to the E.R... again.... because of pericarditis. It's basically the sack surrounding your heart because swollen and tightens up and causes you to have short of breath and esophagus pains :/
Well he went to the E.R. for this before, but they thought it'd be over with... But it came back a couple weeks later..
I was so freaked out by the ambulances (because of my grandma's death... I saw ambulances and firetrucks at my house there as well) that Matt and I went with my mom to the hospital... Well I just home and they're keeping him overnight.
They think it's the same thing again, and they also think that there's swelling in his lungs now =o=
They fed him, drugged him up a little (for the pain), and is kinda grumpy (he hates hospitals, like I do).
But I'm tired, and I have alot to do tomorrow (Matt is surprising me tomorrow..).
So my point is...
I was almost done with my craft for my Valentine, but I needed to finish coloring it. I am really tired >.<;
So I apologize to my Valentine, but you'll probably get it on the 15th D:
I was trying so hard to be punctual ._.; So I feel real guilty.
So please understand D:
I won't tell you who I am Valentine to... But I'm still apologizing, and I hope you understand <3
Anywho... Time for bed. I'm so emotionally drained (all that crying does that), and I gotta get up really early X_x;
I'm.. so not getting any sleep. x_x;

Update:
I got a call from my mom today, and they're keeping him another night in the hospital.
Apparently he has a condition called something, but I dunno how to spell it.
I can't find it on google :/ I don't know how to spell it xD
Anywho, it's another variation of Pericarditis and the CAT Scan showed that he had fluid in the sack of his heart >.<;
So they gave him some happy juice that makes him all warm and fuzzy and drugged up, hoping that'll make the fluid go away.
And if not, they're transferring him to another hospital so they can stick a needle in his chest >.<;
Mom says he's fine but I'm still worried... >.<;
Oh and I got no sleep last night X_x;
But on a brighter note, I finished my craft for my Valentine and so I'm gonna find a way to send it >3

Crying makes me really tired, too.
Whenever I cry I usually end up falling asleep on the couch or the recliner.
Is pericarditis uncurable? Or can it be supressed to an extent?

I get stuff that swells round my lungs and heart.
I usually just curl up in a ball and take it.
The pain seems to last for AGES, though.
I hate hospitals too.
I have to go to one on the 19th, I'm getting some test resutls and I think they are going to be bad.
Why else would they call me back? cry
I hope you feel better soon, and don't worry, your dad will be fine. smile
It's nice you have Matt there for you.

Is pericarditis uncurable? Or can it be supressed to an extent? Usualy Pericarditis is a viral infection (so I'm told), but the last time he had it they didn't give him any antibiotics :/ Hopefully he'll be okay >.<; They should be releasing him soon... sometime today.

Good news is is that there's not enough fluid in the sack for them to stick a needle with, and the stuff they gave him was working.
He won't be able to go see the cardiologist until the 22nd or 23rd, so until then, they gave him some more meds that should help...

Well he should be fine.. but they gave him so many steroids until he can see the cardiologist in a couple weeks Dx
And a common side effect of steroids is that it makes the person edgy and bitchy and more angry :/
Not sure why, though. But it is a common side effect. I've seen alot of people on steroids and it's all been the same x-x;
But yes, he seems to be fine, for now... But as soon as he takes more steroids (as prescribed), then he'll get more and more edgy ^^;
