I don't know about anyone else but I think Cloud has a lovely voice, so heres some info on Steve Burton who deos Clouds English voice.
Steve Burton (born Jack Stephen Burton on June 28, 1970 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is an American actor who is best known for playing Jason (Quartermaine) Morgan on General Hospital from 1991 to 2000 and subsequently from 2002 to the present, as well as providing the voice for the protagonist of Final Fantasy VII, Cloud Strife.
Career
Steve Burton graduated from Beverly Hills High School in Beverly Hills, California, and then got his break as a surfer boy on the sitcom Out of This World in 1987.
His first acting teacher was Jon Cedar at Theater-Theater in Hollywood, where he trained with fellow actors Gedde Watanabe and Chris Aable. In 2007, Burton became an original cast member of the General Hospital prime-time spin-off General Hospital: Night Shift while maintaining his day job on GH.
Previously, he appeared on Days of Our Lives in 1988 as Harris Michaels, a love interest to Eve Donovan, played by Charlotte Ross.
Burton also appeared in the science fiction miniseries Taken and in the movie The Last Castle in 2001 with Robert Redford and James Gandolfini. Burton is also the voice actor of Cloud Strife from the Final Fantasy VII series. He has voiced Cloud in the game Kingdom Hearts and its sequel, Kingdom Hearts II, as well as in the CGI movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and the video game Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII.
Personal life
Burton is known as a practical joker on the set of GH, and one of his friends is former co-star Michael Saucedo, husband of very close friend and current co-star Rebecca Herbst. He has said in an article that Becky is like his sister. He is also best friends with his on-screen best friend Maurice Benard.

Well, that's the English dubber ^^ but on my point of view, I love their original voices, meaning the Japanese voicing, for any anime ^^

I love both his English and Japanese voice but... I think I would prefer Steve Burton beng Cloud. What? The guy has a nice voice, I believe it suits Cloud a lot better, and the guy is sexy in real life! XD Okay, that last part has nothing to do with Cloud but still! XD
I always thought that Cloud's Japanese voice was a bit too deep to fit Cloud's persona. Burton's voice fits almost perfectly! In my opinion, of course.

XD I know if I were to hear him sing I would go... *melts into a big puddle of slimy ooze* we already do that just from hearing his voice. lol. everytime i get a modulating phase in ffvii CC (looks like a slot machine) and i get 3 clouds, i listen do him say (in his warm soft cuddly voice that i want to cuddle), "the power of SOLDIER" and i'm like " whee EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE whee !!!! (fangirl scream). lol
