Yes, we definitely need a place where I can have at politics, so that I don't stop up the main forum...
I need to vent, sometimes, but I don't like pushing all the really good threads off the first page just to rant...
Plus, I might say some things that can get me super-flamed sometimes...

Waterboarding involves strapping a person down and pouring water over the suspect's cloth-covered face to create the sensation of drowning. It has been traced back hundreds of years, to the Spanish Inquisition, and is condemned by nations around the world. Critics call it a form of torture.
*There's that phrase and term again... WTF else WOULD you call it? It's using someone's natural instincts against them, in a painful and traumatic way! It also violates a person's supposed right to remain silent!
So, let's think about it... If you ever almost drowned and can remember it, you'll know EXACTLY how this feels. I can still feel it sometimes, and can barely swim because of it...
Since the right to remain silent means that we have the right to CHOOSE what we say AS WELL AS what we DON'T say to an interrogator, making someone respond to an question that they probably don't know the answer to in the first place (due to the well known fact that a human's natural survival instinct will pretty much kick in and do anything to get them out of it, including ratting) is violating a CONSTITUTIONAL right!
So they may not live under OUR excuse for a constitution, but does that make them any less human?

Personally, I am a pretty big fan of sensory deprivation and the use of animals. The first is a complete mental thing. You leave someone in a small soundproof room with no windows, lights, or anything. After a few days, or weeks, they'll be mewling to come out.
Animals is a pretty nice one too. Such as worms, and forced or threatened infestation. Stinging bugs, bees, scorpions, spiders, that works also. Of course a bucket, a big rat, and a blow torch is also rather effective. Put the rat in the bucket, place the bucket upside down on your victim's chest or gut, and start heating the bucket. When it gets hot enough the rat will try to escape through the only path available to it, through the victim's body.
Good stuff. A knife and a few hours of time alone works too, of course. Can't forget about the tried and true methods.

As for your torture methods... be a little more creative at least! I'm not gonna open up that side of our mind, because it gets out of control, but, yeah... I am sure that you could come up with something better
