Who: Everybody who feels like it.
When: This sunny Sunday afternoon
What: A big picnic near Nottingham Castle
Summery: The Lady of Nottingham organizes a picnic to get to know everybody.
She looked around and smiled a happy smile, the food looked good, there was enough of it for a small army and to top it all off the weather was absolutely perfect. She checked if everything she had ordered the servants to do was done, nothing would ruin this, she would make sure of it.

Lucius and Narcissa had received the invitation after his return from Tuscany, and he had been surprised that she was interested in going - surprised and wary. However, he was in no position to do anything other than grant her slightest wish, so they apparated to the home of the Lady and her churlish husband. Lucius had a feeling this could be a very long day.

Pyotr thought it was a beautiful day for a picnic. He brought his violin, and played it for any and all that would listen, since his piano was not portable. Perhaps later, the Lady would have him play on hers. He smiled to himself, thinking what a lovely Lady she was, and a lovely patroness.

Narcissa stayed close to her husband, she by now knew that he was not to be trusted around the dark-haired lady of the Sheriff. She would keep an better eye on Lucius from now on.

Remus had reread the invitation several times but it really said he and his partner were invited to a picnic. Who was he too say no, right?
Castle Nottingham was a pretty impressive place, almost as impressive as Hogwarts he decided.

She looked around and smiled, it was nice to see so many of her friends there. When she spotted the Malfoy's she instinctively searched for her Sheriff hoping he was nowhere near spoons.

The Sheriff looked around at his grounds at Nottingham Castle and saw that most of the guests his wife had ivited were all ready there. He really didn't care for most of them, but he did so like to indulge his wife, and besides, seeing Lady Malfoy was always a pleasure. If only she wasn't married to that strutting peacock, Lucius Malfoy. He always had to suppress the urge to introduce that witless wizard to his spoon collection...

Spotting her husband the lady of the castle went over to him. "How nice of you to join us." She said leaning and kissing him chastely on the cheek. "Isn't it a great day for a picnic?"

'A pitty it's being spoiled by the presence of Malfoy though.' He thought to himself.

Unaware of his thoughts she moved next to George and wrapped her arm around his. "Shall we welcome our guests?"

The one who called herself Gothlupin found herself running late all day, so why would she make it on time to the picnic? Of course, the term 'fashionably late' made a great excuse and what fun was it behaving as if this occasion was like work and schedules -- it was a PICNIC!
So she arrived acting like there was no need to hurry. She saw her hosts immediately. Gothlupin moved over to the couple, smiling.
"How nice to be here on such a grand day," she greeted.

Lucius kept a possessive arm about his wife, as they walked about the grounds, before he spotted the lovely Lady of N - and that ridiculous buffoon of a husband. "Shall we greet our hosts?" he asked her, nodding in the direction of the couple.

Lady smiled at Gothlupin and nodded, "It is, I am glad you could make it to our little picnic."
She spotted the Malfoys approaching and looked up at the sheriff to see if he noticed it too, she didn't want any bickering between Lucius and George on a nice day like today.

"We should." Narcissa said in answer to her husband's question. She had always liked Lady and Sheriff of Nottingham but lately she wondered about her husband's interest in the lady of the castle. She was going to keep an eye on Lucius but what ever happened she was not going to be rude and ignore their hosts.

Lucius offered Narcissa his arm, as they approached their hosts. "Lovely day for a picnic," he commented, more to Lady then her husband, whom he studiedly ignored.
