i was doodling in a notebook in the wee hours since my baby was being fussy. well, i like this concept and i think i want to redo this with my tablet. i would make her body into more of a chair... I don't know if I should leave it alone like this. Another idea I have is to have lines coming down with fish hooks. anyhoo

This looks like the kind of drawing that could be really cool if you put lots of details and stuff in it; maybe some more undersea environment or something more creative. If you're going to add fish hooks to the lines I'd recommend a longer canvas than this too. What is the thing floating off to the side? It feels a little less than deliberate, so maybe you can take that out or make it fit a bit better.
Also, maybe make the transformation into the chair more shocking somehow? It looks a little like you got bored of drawing humans halfway through and just drew something else for the sheer heck of it. Maybe a finely detailed chair to match the face? Maybe you could also consider incorporating other parts of the girl into the chair, such as hands coming out of the arms or something like that. It could be very macabre yet beautiful.
I love the rightmost fish, though, and of course her face and hair; can't wait to see it finished.

I think compositionally this would be neat if you scooted the girl off to the right side and let her hair splay out across the left side of the page.

I don't like the one fish which is turned on its side. Fish don't swim like that, and unless it has a purpose, I'd recommend conforming to mother nature with that one. If it does indeed have a purpose, then maybe make it a bit clearer, though it's a request I'd hate to make.
The girl's ears say her head is not looking straight at the viewer, yet her nose and other facial proportions do. One of the two can be wrong. I'm only assuming perfection of form; if the girl's face has mishaps for some reason (and I don't see why it shouldn't) then that's totally your business and choice.
Other than that, I agree with reaper. You need some form of transformation from a girl to a chair or vice versa. There might be a purpose of having the change be sudden and fixed, a matter of shocking fact, an as-is-ness, but for both aesthetic and psychedelic purposes, I suggest showing some form of elaboration. If not for anything else, then at least for tricking the viewer into thinking there's a reason for everything and having them the least bit interested, enough to try to paraphrase the situation.

oh god i love this so much.
what king roach says on the ears: i agree and also the way the cushions on the chair are going the other way so its like shes twisted, but maybe thats a good way to go with making her sortof turning idk
actually my ears are exactly like that lmao one of them sticks out and the other doesnt
oh and i think it would be cool if this was in an underwater scene but also, what if the underwater scene was in the room? instead of displacing the chair displace the water and fish.
um idk lol.
whatever you feel like..... i'm excited to see what you make out of it

her hair is going to one side.
i'm thinking you could make more things going in that direction.
my suggestion is when you make the lines with hooks, let them sway to the left.
i love how the fish are facing her. it points your attention back to her face.
and her face looks warped in a cool way, but i doesn't look like you planned it like that.
it would be a good idea to make her deformities more extreme so we can tell you did it on purpose.

the shrooms are cute, too.
get some more mushroom action going on, then see if you can morph them into coral and/or little sea creatures that live on the bottom surface.
