If you go to the Lexicon, they report that Justin Chon from Just Jordan has been cast in the movie. His exact role has not been confirmed, but popular thought is that he will play either Jacob or Ben. Thoughts?  It's been confirmed that Justin Chon will play Eric Yorkie. Jessica will be played by Anna Kendrick: And James will be played by Cam Gigandet: Edit: Mike will be played by Michael Welch:

hmmm....I wouldn't hate him as jacob, but he isn't quite native american....is he?

I'm not sure, I couldn't find any sources saying that he was, but I went looking through some photos of him and he looks quite Native American. But the thing is, he's also got some Asian features about him which makes it so darn confusing.

he seems good! i mean we wont get a perfect jacob, but hes pretty close..for me anyways, if he gets casted for jacob, ill absoulty watch it, he seems jacob to me, i mean the way hes smiling and his hair, it seems jacob LOL, jacob has this positive thing going on around him, and this guy does too,
if he gets cast for mike...well, i dont think they should that, hes not a mike. it'll just make everything confusing, cause people will assume hes jacob, and get mixed up..i know i would sweatdrop

cause they said they wanted a native american to play jacob
I'll be mad if they put him as jacob, he doesnt look it at all

Lol,I thought no one would even bother talking about this since it was announced so...secrectly somewhat
But I never would've thought of Eric being asian [it's been a LONG time since i read the series]

did it mention they were asian? when i imagine ben i imagine a boy with blonde hair, with not sexy eyes like edward but cute eyes. and then for eric, i imagine black greasy hair, acne, i think justin chon can pull that off, he would look still look quite cute even with the acne and greasy hair, for benn....not so much.

Ben was mentioned as being asian, hence the reason why he was so interested in action movies and comic books, and such. Eric was meant to be the stereotypic caucasian geek. Dunno if they still plan to do the geek thing still.
