Usually its always the WWE champion who ends up being at the top of the Power 25.

Yeah well if you look at WWE's p25, Randy has been around number 7 or so even as champ. The top champ isn't always the top man, and I got a mathematic system to make sure it's fair.

That's because Orton has been getting his a** kicked by everyone lately and somehow he manages to retain the belt in title matches. Mostly by DQ and outside interferences. So unless he becomes more dominant he won't be able to step up the power 25 ladder.

Right, but here being champ means you pick up wins on a pretty consistant basis, so Orton will move up the P25 fairly quickly.

What if you lose by DQ but still manage to retain the belt, will you go up or down the power 25 ladder?

That is a good question, but I suppose it would qualify as Lost Title Match so you would go down two spaces.

Not sure, AJ and I had posted promos and walked around backstage, but we don't know when the actual matches will be posted.
((edit)) Looks like it's open now, I assume matches are coming soon.

I meant like the order of numbers in the Royal Rumble, the more matches you win the higher number you receive.
