In a large tower room on the 3rd floor, there lays the Infirmary of the school. A large, bright, open foyer-esque room that contains many metal-framed beds and cabinets of medicine. The tan stone walls are always scrubbed clean and the bed spreads are constantly replaced with crisp new ones. Beside each bed is a small nightstand to keep medicine and other objects of need such as get well gifts and cards. Also, there are evenly dispersed dividers between each bed for privacy. The whole area emitts an sanitary feeling, for this is where all healing takes place. Strong scents of different potions and herbs and just an air of cleanliness overwhelm all those who come in. Bright sunlight streams through the large triangular windows and during the night, peaceful, calming moonlight illuminates the room.
When you enter the Infirmary, directly to your right is a small door that leads to the Hospital Wing's caretaker's office. She goes by the name ---insert name here--- and is an expert on magical and normal injuries and how to cure them. Her office is neat and orderly, report and file papers stacked in order by year and then alphabetized. Although in some parts, stray medicine bottles and herbs are found laying around. There is always a small bag of chocolate inside a drawer of her desk and a couple extra sets of robes inside a small bureau.
Throughout the day, students of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry bustle around in the Infirmary, asking help for their injuries and then promptly being sent back to class.
