I'm not sure if I remember this, but shang warriors can pick their names right? Like Liam was the Dragon?
if so, what would you choose for your name?
Oh and does anyone know when melting stones comes out in stores?

I'm not sure if they chose there names or not. If they do I have know idea what I'd be called.

I'm not sure if they pick their names or not. There's not much information about the Shang given. It's possible that maybe other Shang masters debate over naming each new Shang. That's what I'm inclined to believe.

The shang wildcat. I think. Was The dragons master and they are nominated for immortal beast names if they are good enough, the ones that have immortal beast names live the shortest, kinda ironic. I don't know if they pick their name either, but I'm pretty sure they don't, I think their master not only nominates them for mastery but also give them a name.
I'd be the shang crow.

well i've always liked cats so i guess i'd like to be called the Shang Tiger. ( i prefer cheetas but shang cheetah doesn't sound quite right!) sweatdrop

I don't think that pick their names... I thought that it was a sign of how strong you where depending on the shang name you were given.

I think her next series after Numair and the potential Maura book, she should make a book about a shang warrior in the style she did song of the lioness, where it starts as she younger and how she progresses. I really hope that's what she does, cause I would love to learn more about the shang.
