Okay,
Im drawing a manga,I might have some pages up soon.
I need some ideas though i have a story i want to follow.
I wanna make an Rp about it.

Story.
Shi was a girl,born like a normal person.But she was born with a tatto on her back.And a pair of black wings.The military came after her when she was only a child and exparimented on her.They cept her locked away in a test tube,In a labratory for years.She was locked away from everyone,and everything.She compleately forgot most of her past,except for Sora,her childhood friend or posibly lover.Sora joined the military when he turned 14.Ever since,they made him look for Shi when she broke out of the lab,and into the real world.Sora knew she was the one he had to hunt.He knew his duty to the military would be faital if he didn't do as he was told.Shi is now just roaming around the streets and sometimes running into the soilders sent after her.

Sora sighed and his breath could be seen in the cool night air. He looked around, then at a special traker. He was trying to find Shi.It was his duty in the military to find her, and although he wont admit it, it was his personal duty as well.

"Dammit shi..where are you..It'll be a whole lot easier on yourself and me if you just come quietly!!" he cursed loudly into the air.

Shi ran qwickly past Sora with a differnt solider after her
"DAMNIT!!!!!!!"She screamed at she turned a sharp corner,almost falling.

Soras eyes went wide and proceded to follow. Soras legs ran much faster and quickly caught up and passed the first soldier. Now he was only a few strides away from her. " Shi, stop!!!" he yelled pulling a tazer from his pocket and pointing at her," I really dont want to have to do this"

Shi looked back at him,tears almost came to her eyes.
She randomly stoped and took a few steps backfrom him as she turned around to look at him.
"Why...."she said,not even looking at him.

"I..." he began to say a flash of pain shot across his eyes and in an instant it disappeard" Its my duty Shi" he said coldly pointing the tazer and hitting her directly on the leg and arm, sending an electric current into her mucles causing them to lock up, which made her collapse." Im sorry, I really didnt want to do this" he said standing over her, the pain in his eyes fully evident now.

Shi screamed as she fell to the ground.
Her scream was high pitched and innoccent.
she began to cry in pain and screamed again.

Soras eyes were covered in shadow as he lifted her up and handcuffed her. Another soldier came running up, clearly out of breath.
" Good work Sora" he said raising a hand up for a high five.
Sora raised his head up and looked at the soldier with a cold , dead stare. "Get out of my way" he said harshly , biting his teeth.
The soldier stumbled out of his way, arm still raised for a high five as Sora walked passed pushing Shi along.

Shi's hands pulled at the handcuffs,pulling them apart.
"Leave me alone goddamnit!"
she said in in face then pushed him to the ground running.

Sora just stayed on the ground, his hair covering his face.
" SIR are you just going to let her get away after we were sooo close I mean come on si.."
"SHUT THE HELL UP" Sora said getting up, a look of pure fury and sadness in his eyes." Let her go for now" he said his voice suddenly calmer but still cold. He watched as Shi disappeard into the distance.
