August 31, 2007 Update Director Catherine Hardwicke and writer Melissa Rosenberg are Offically signed to work on Twilight. November 16, 2007 Update  Kristen Stewart to star as 'Bella' in Twilight December 11, 2007 Update Actor Robert Pattinson joins cast of Twilight, to play the Role Of Edward. January 18, 2008 Update Casting Call for Jacob Black begin. January 25, 2008 Update Twilight the movie switched from the "Pre-Production" section to the "In-Production" section on Summit Entertainment's website.

I agree with Ellen Page. (Ps. She's my Fav. Actress) I was putsing around on Deviant art and I found this picture. I thought the guy looked like jasper, so I made him into jasper! Enjoy!

I must say I'm alittle more than disappionted that Isbella Swan isn't being played by Emily Browning,Ellen page would have been nice too, but oh well ;P
I'm also not too happy with Edward's Actor either he's not nearly attractive enough nor do I think he's elegant enough to play Edward Cullen. I guess I really shouldn't complain though :/

I'm also not too happy with Edward's Actor either he's not nearly attractive enough nor do I think he's elegant enough to play Edward Cullen. I guess I really shouldn't complain though :/ I will agree that He doesnt really look like Edward. But Maybe they really "Wowed" them in his audition.

And Steven Straight is NOT supposed to play Jacob.
Mrs.Meyer wanted him to play Jacob before ideas of a movie were even mentioned, but he's too old now. It would never work.
JAMES HAS BEEN CAST!
And so has Jessica Stanley and Eric Yorkie.

Either that, or they had to settle for him because they couldn't find anyone better.

And I agree, they might have had to just settle on it. I think some of the actor and actress choices within this guild are better than what was chosen, lol! smile
