My computer up and decided it was gonna kill itself, so my Dad had to wipe the memory clean and redo everything. No big deal, EXCEPT that they blame the crash on viruses being downloaded through WoW. They said I can download it on my own computer when I get it for my birthday(July 14th). Does anyone know a good free RPG I could occupy my time with until then.
P.S. I HATE Runscape.

Get a life or Rock Band. I went with the second option and am quite satisfied.

just tell your dad that you cannot download virusses through wow, since any update you get for it is directly produced by Blizzard, and they won't put virusses in their own product.

The only "virus" via WoW is the safe scanner software where they monitor your client is legit and not using any known hack software (like x2 speedhack or something)

Yeah, you should really point out to your parents how WoW is one of the safest games out there in terms of putting your computer at risk. It doesn't get much safer than WoW.
I bet they're just using that as an excuse. My dad has an irrational hatred of Warcraft that he wont even admit to having. It doesn't matter though because I bought and pay the monthly fee myself and have my own computer so there's nothing he can do about it.

By the way, Zethriel, that signature is creepy as hell.

that is totally irrational. I bet your parents download some free screensavers or visit porn site and got the virus (which is easy to do)
Hech, I work in IT at a local community college and you be surprise how much free online game, webshots and screensaver people download and they wonder why their computer is slow and infected.
Yeesh! (and yes.. these ARE adults over 40)
