I have not done much stuff on photoshop. Its one of my characters that i have had for a long time now just havent drawn him alot.

Yes, I think the picture is cute, but I have a few suggestions. One, I see you made a pretty genuine attempt at shading. Kudos for that. A main fault I see in the picture is the hair. The hair seems like it doesn't have the texture that hair is supposed to have. You need to create more hair strand lines, and shade accordingly. Also, the nose needs a tab of shade.

you have the same problem i have. Getting the lines smooth and getting rid of white spots. I really just try to get the base drawing nearly perfect which takes forever.

Hands are hard to draw... top notch for them, but try shading them a bit. The arms look paler than the head... Another thing, depending on what effect your trying to acheive, if you can add more detail to the eyes. I recommend green of grey specks or lines, inconspicous almost but add the most amazing effect to blue eyes. Try that.

i would say add more detail to the hair, maybe the deepen the shading for the person as it seems less 3d than the teddy.
All in all though - it's pretty cool smile
