I have roses hanging all round my room at the moment.
I am drying them out.

How is your room so clean, Volly? It really weirds me out, no offence. I do enjoy the Amy Brown pictures, though.
Your room is nice and homey, Shinny. I very much like it. ^^
I would show you pictures of my room - I just took a whole bunch - but it is taking forever and ever for photobucket to upload even one, so I gave up. I'm sorry. emo

I should thank Shinny and Chibi.
I just cleaned up my room, moved my desk in, and set up my laptop! So I'm not on my laptop in the recliner anymore. I have sunshine!
I dunno why the idea didn't dawn on me before, But it was a nice change for me. I cleaned everything up. Those pictures were pre-vacation. After I came back from a double dose of vacay, I had stuff EVERYWHERE. So I stuffed everything away to be organized later in a suitcase, and I used a dolly and moved My desk in. Now I even have a coozy!

It feels homey to me, Spinny.
My dad actually built this room for me. Put a new ceiling in, painted it, wallpapered it, put in the carpet and stuff below the carpet, repainted the fireplace, put in the little wooden floor at the fireplace, made the door to the closet, made the doorway to the hallway (that door si the one with the windows) spraypainted the old doorknob bronzish for the closet and made the closet wood flooring ad all, with racks and shoe racks. All kinds of s tuff. This was just four rotting wooden walls and when he got done with it he made it really awesome.
This is a renovation house. Mom just wanted to make our home our own by building it basically from a frame up. All the floors and stuff had rotted. But now it's really nice.
You should see the fairy and stuff that are in my room now. I have this fairy statuette I got from earthbound and I love it.

I never thought of my room as not homey enough. My bed is never made. D:
I guess that's what makes me hate this room at the moment. I want to make it but I'll just screw it up again tonight. DDD:

*just made her bed, folded her grandmother's crocheted afghans, and folded her security blanket* Heh... OCD. D; Edit: I also added my yearbook and the valentine minibear my dad got me. *squee* My desk is now where the ferret cages were, and now I have two spray painted but dead awesome pictures from this guy: http://cosmokid.com/He does all of that with SPRAY PAINT. O.O I saw him at a poultry festival that me and a friend of mine went to. It was only like 15 bucks for two of them. Really cheap. I got a custom one same price and it's really purty. It has like rivers of red and gold magma and a red and black saturn with white and red rings falling apart and bursting. It's really cool.

mostly it's just one
pair of jeans, four
or five shirts and
occasionally i wear
on pair of pants.
i'm waiting for my
school to ask us to
donate clothes, because
my school has a group
that goes up to the
sierra and the poorer
places to give stuff
to the people there.
ha ha, about my
bedspread, i got it
in this funky little
typical mexican
town. it's handmade
and all that.

I think your room is purty too. I really like the blanket and the poster. Is that orlando in that tiny poster? (Orlando Bloom xP You'd be amazed how many people go "FLORIDA?" when I talk about Orlando. I know you are smarter but was just aking sure to write that. XP). I really also love your closet.

there are guys who do
stuff like that in the down
town areas of most
of mexico.
they set up their
paints and just work
on the sidewalk.
usually there are big
crowds surrounding
them, to watch.
it's really awesome
how they do it.
i wish i could learn.
actually...
hm.
my friends cousin
knows how to do,
i've seen him
downtown on several
occasions.
i should convince
my friend to convince
him to show us how.

My room is so messy and horrible.
It is lacking current decor.
Everything (except for my bedspread) is from like seventh/eighth grade.
I definitely need to update and clean my room. =
