Not only is this a dupe-thread, saying I've turned into Psych is pretty ******** mean.
You don't know the personal issues I've had with Miss Randa, you don't know the things we've disagreed with, and you don't know the code that she broke when she copied my post from a not-so-secret-anymore underground guild/society.
I can count this thread as breaking multiple rules.
*RESPECT OTHER MEMBERS, ESPECIALLY THE CREW
*DON'T BE A CYNIST a*****e
*ACCEPT OTHER PEOPLE'S OPINIONS
I'm not going to just get-up-and-leave INSTANTLY. I said I would in the other thread so you'd all brace yourselves for it. I still have a goddamned book to write.
Maybe I am a bad leader, huh? For not banning "you"?
Should I step up to the plate and ban you? To assert my leadership? Or should I let it slide, like I have multiple times with posts of yours that I "HIGHLY" disagree with?
Despite my intuition and logical reasoning, I've decided to go with the latter decision.

Geez, guys. Calm a little. In-fighting's not going to get us anywhere.
A lot of us have known Lobo for a long time (I won't say self included, since in comparison to some, I'm kind of new); I don't think we should just start a mutiny against him when he does something wrong - in terms of Lapishness, that's /just as bad/. Give him a chance, guys. Before we start throwing around even more accusations, ask yourself if you really think the MPRILC needs as much drama as, say, Hysteric Realms. There's absolutely no need to tell someone to just leave without giving a message, because, regardless of what you think of the situation, it's a big deal to some of us. I think in this instance the rule of "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all" actually has some merit. The MPRILC has always been good at considering other people's opinions, but come on to ********, is it really necessary to point out how he's doing goodbyes wrong?
Lobo, I dunno what's up with you, but do try to chill a bit. If you're going to leave, I'd rather not have everyone in the guild consider you a tyrant.

I'm not going to get into the drama here... But I will say one thing. If you're going to leave, how is it right to ban someone? Neither of those two really did anything wrong, it looks to me more like it was just a case of lashing out, than actual reason for banning. Food for thought.

The main reason why this/these conflicts seem so bad is that everything's happening at once. Individually, these issues could be dealt with. But when everything is thrown together, everybody flips the ******** out. It'll settle down eventually, but I'll agree that some things need to change.
