 jerico fired..hmm....HAHA! thats what he gets RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff shut the door on Chris Jericho, who ?couldn?t get the job done? on Monday night. Just as quickly, the door opened for new No. 1 Contender Kurt Angle. When Chris Jericho fell victim to Cena?s FU finisher for the second consecutive night, Bischoff followed through on his promise to fire the loser of the match from WWE. Y2J begged and pleaded on his knees for his job, but Bischoff already had a contingency plan. At the same time that Jericho was being physically removed from the building by security, Kurt Angle emerged to attack the WWE Champion. Kurt leveled Cena, then hit an Angle Slam. With Cena prone on the mat, a pleased Bischoff announced Angle as the new No. 1 Contender. what are your thoughts?

Or how about this...he goes to Smackdown, starts something immediately with the Lionheart persona to get back to his roots, the Hardcore belt is resurrected, and all hell breaks loose. I would love to have it come back, and he fits it so well. Plus, there's so many good hardcore-types on Smackdown already it only makes sense. Of course, i'm just dreaming here, so feel free to ignore...

I just watched the History of the Hardcore title on DVD.

I would love to see Jericho go to TNA. they need some fresh faces and the star power , if they want to continue to compete. as far as the hardcore title. Yeah that would also rock. I loved the hardcore title and miss it alot.

as for the Angle part. I love Angle , he is my second favorite of all time. But if he wins the title I really wish he would do it without Biscoff. I hat Cena. as a person who has been a fan for almost 20years. John Cena is a disgrace. and that belt is a slap in the face to all champions that have come before him. And I hope angle destroys him.

Jordan_Keels I wonder if Bischoff is going to continue his power trip now that his right hand man Jericho has been fired. I know I am going to be pissed if they have ANgle playing kiss a**. I had a conversation last night that addressed the whole power-trip that Bischoff is on now. Two words...Vince FRIGGIN McMahon!!! I can so see him coming out to Bischoff and telling him that his days of interfering in matches are over, and booting him out the door. Enter the next GM of RAW...Paul Heyman. Yeah, i know it's a reach, but still... Having someone get fired out of nowhere because of a match is typical for WWE. It happened to both Triple H & Stone Cold at one point, so this isn't really a surprise to me. Figure on Jericho being gone for at least 3 weeks as the fallout settles, then returning somewhere around the next PPV.
