Tayse, the dashing male with the oh-so brown fur, set his blue eyes on an oddly-shaped flower. Well, naturally, flowers around these parts were rather strange, but Tayse was bored enough to find special meaning in this one. He could be deep when it suited him, of course.
He softly hummed a tune to himself as he waited. For what he waited for, he was unsure.

 Not far, An orange based Minya was looking around the vast pasture filled with an assortment of flowers, some big, some small, some fat, some thin. and so many combinations of colors that made you feel like you were treading around a rainbow! She sniffed some of the flowers, and sighed with pleased delight~ She found at least one flower she was most interested in. It seemed to resembly closely a Passion Flower. Indeed a very beautiful sight, with it's different shades of purples and secondary colors of a pale lime-yellow. and it smelled most lovely. She didn't notice that nearby was a fellow Minya, himself as well looking over an oddly designed flower.

A slight breeze ruffled Tayse's fur and brought new smells to his nose, one of those smells being unmistakably that of another minya. Forgetting his flower, Tayse turned to the direction the breeze had come from.
Aha! Not far away was a lovely female, easy to mistake with as a flower herself, what with all the vibrant colors around! Tayse was horribly easy to pick out, his dull brown sticking out amongst all the colors. Not in the least bit shy, he hummed to himself and slowly made his approach to the female.
"Hello!" he called out in his usual friendly manner, not wanting to startle the poor thing.

"O-oh!" She gasped, somewhat startled. Her fur around her backside almost stood up on end, her wings stiff against her back. She felt rather surprised, she didn't expect, or was aware to see many other Minya about. She must not have been too observant then. She felt the blood rush up to her cheeks, embarrased to notice her mistake.
Not wanting to seem rude, or overly shy that she was, she kindly settled herself down, fur flat and relaxed, wings less tense, she looked over to him, although not seeing eye to eye with him. "H-hello, there.." She said, her voice so gentle it almost seemed to sound like just a whisper. She wasn't always too good talking to others.

Tayse frowned; he had startled her. But she seemed to look like she would have been startled had he been any minya, so that comforted him somewhat.
"I'm sorry, miss," he said apologetically, "but I didn't mean to frighten you. I've been accused of walking a bit too quietly for my own good! I should have fallen all over myself--perhaps that would have been less frightening for you? I do admit that I can be rather clumsy..."
Oh, he jabbered too much.

Heulwen at first looked to him in utter puzzlement, somewhat confused for his behavior and talking, but then a look of amusement somehow flashed upon her face, not able to help but giggle,
"It's alright. I guess I'm, just too alert, that's all" She said kindly, wanting to make an excuse.
She was rather in general shy, and would sometimes be over surprised when being referred to. She found it an embarrasing flaws of hers. she had sometimes wished she'd be more free and social.
Shaking her thoughts out she had her attention back to the fellow male Minya. "Well, what brought you around here, umm.." She bit her tongue gently, realizing she hadn't heard or asked his name, or had even introduced her own name..

Tayse chuckled, realizing his own mishap. "Oh, how silly of me! I didn't even introduce myself! My name is Tayse!" He said, his left ear twitching playfully. "And what could your lovely name be?"

Heulwen released her face of tense confusion back to a relaxed happy expression. "It's nice to meet you, Tayse" She nodded sweetly, and she fluttered her wings in relaxation before replying to his own question for her name. "It's Heulwen" She said simply. She liked her name, but didn't think of it entirely as lovely, but rather quaint.

"Mm, Heulwen--I like it!" He said cheerfully, letting his eyes fall onto her small wings. "Oh, my!" He gasped, for he'd never seen another minya with wings before, "how truly fantastic! Can you fly? Well, oh, I'm sorry, perhaps that's too personal of a question.." He flushed a little, aware that she may be sensitive about her wings.

Her wings fluttered and she shyly looked away, feeling her cheeks blush . She hadn't been too often complimented for her attibutes, let alone her name or pair of reddish wings. It felt kinda of nice, to be complimented on though she didn't want to have them get to her head. Looking back to him, wings stretched out to it's limit before relaxing and folded up, "Well, I haven't had much training, but I think It's possible I can fly" She nodded, looking at her wings.

Tayse smiled at her. Was she not used to compliments? Surely not. Why wouldn't everyone compliment her every day they saw her? Well, perhaps something like that would turn her egotistical and cruel, and Tayse couldn't see her like that, even though he'd only known her a short while.
"Mm, flight. I wish I could do something like that!" He chuckled and stared at her wings some more, his ear still slightly twitching. "Are they heavy? Do they hurt at all? I'm sorry for all the questions, but I've just never seen anything this amazing!" He beamed.

"Well, they feel rather light, actually. I don't usually feel overly self consious over my wings.." But as her focus was on her wings, she suddenly felt some sort of weight on her. She wondered if it was because she was trying to focus her feelings on her wings..
"It's okay.. I guess I probably would have been just as curious if I didn't have wings" She showed a gentle smile, kinda flattered by it.

Tayse grinned, looking from the fae to her wings, back to the fae again. Hm. "Can I..." but he trailed off, knowing that would be not the best question to ask her. For all he knew, he might accidentally hurt her if he tried to touch one of her wings. "...nevermind!" He finished with a laugh.
"Um, I take it you enjoy flowers?" He gestured with his head to all the flowers surrounding them.

Heulwen twitched her ears low for a moment, kind of dissapointed that Tayse canceled out his question, although was given another.
"Yes, indeed" She bobbed her head into a nod, and looked over at the flower she was looking at only a moment ago, "My most favorite would be the passion flower, always in their shades of lustrous purples.." She sighed just from seeing the flower. it always gave her pleasing thoughts and feelings"

Tayse beamed at her. "It is indeed beautiful! Truth be told, I almost didn't notice you when I was looking at the flowers myself. You blend in nicely." He pondered how that could be taken, then amended himself. "Not that you blend in! Just the opposite, I meant that you are indeed so lovely yourself that I could have easily mistaken you for a flower!" He chuckled lightly, quite certain she would think his flattery silly. But Tayse was quite complimentary, and never failed to let a female know when he found her beautiful.
