The contest room is a place where contests are held. Each hold different prizes so be sure to read it over. Some might distribute "points" while others are gaian money/items....art...ect....

When you win a contest, the points you gained will be listed in the "Contest Winners Points List". (located below in this topic)
Near your name should be the latest date to show you've been given your points and to show its up-to-date. Check regularly if you want to see what points you have. Also, in that post you'll see that there is a "History Database" which will have a history list of all the points you've received or spent.

Distrubiting Points

~In the points Prize List you can split your points up. For example:
Member 1 has 20 points. (You can choose two 10 point prizes)
~OR you can keep saving until you collect as many points as you need.
~Check points which is located in this topic.

Want to make a contest here in the Contest room?
About Point given contests:
Contests with "Points" as prizes can now be held by anyone. However, there is a template and a Point Guide for you to follow. It's really simple though. Please see "Templates" Stickie for more information.
Any other kind of contest is for you to decide how you'd like to host or what to distribute as prizes. ^_^

2/3/08-Contest announcement/Stickie created
2/4/08-Decision for bigger contests made. Owners can choose they're own prizes instead of points. Rules updated.
9/9/08-Edited Contest Room info. Also updating Prize list.
10/20/08-Contest Room shall open.
1/6/08-Huge Update. Contest Room Temp Closed. Now any member can host contests with regular and point prizes! Contest room will be updated.
1/23/09-Now there is a Point Guide.
5/3/09- Working on updating to new prizes (deleting old data).
1/12/10-Cleaning up dead contest room to re-open.
